Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Never called me back after telling me numerous times they would. No one was responsible to answer any questions of any type of service the offer. I Called two weeks in a row. Don't bother.

Critical: Quality They sent me the bill 10 days later and will charge a late fee after 15 days, they also charge a 4 percent fee to use your card. I will never use this company again! Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

Kyle and his team upgraded a pushmatic panel, installed a new ground, installed new outlets in my garage, and troubleshot a reverse polarity issue. Kyle even came back to complete the reverse polarity issue. Very thorough service from a great team. I called them at 1am this morning because my entire bedroom lost power and the fuse box wasnt fixing the issue. They answered and were very professional. My problem wasnt deemed an emergency (which it wasnt) but they said that someone would call me in the morning (yeah ive heard that one before). Well, they did call to touch base on the problem. Said they would have the guy out in a couple hours.

Enter Tanner. He was on time communicative and amazing. He assessed quickly what was wrong and fixed it. Now i dont have to worry about my room losing power again. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely call again with any future electrical problems.

August had the hottest temperatures of the year, and my main circuit breaker decided to quit. I called M.P. Baker, and several competitors, after reading several reviews about them and their competitors. M.P. Baker was the only company to return my call. Although they couldn't get an electrician in that day, Kyle was dispatched for the following morning. Kyle arrived wearing ppe, opened up the breaker box, and determined that the main circuit breaker needed to be replaced. Kyle called around for a replacement (apparently whoever rewired the house installed an oddball circuit breaker) but the closest location was in Indianapolis.

I had the day off from work so I volunteered to go get it (plus it guaranteed we would have power that day). After I returned with the part, Kyle installed and tested it, in about an hour. The labor rate was reasonable and about what I expected. The circuit breaker ended up costing $400, twice what I expected. Would I use them again? Yes, although a bit pricey overall.

Could not be happier with these guys operating in my city had a very significant electrical issue on a friday morning during all this covid-19 craziness. had three competitor electrical contractors affirm that i would be without power over the entire weekend due to the permit process. baker electric came to see what was wrong and STRONGLY empathized with our predicament. said they would have us up and running by the end of the day. and they did! moreover, they came in 400 dollars under what was quoted by the end of the job. and, EVEN MORE, they deducted another 80-100 dollars on our final bill that said, and in all honestly, we're not really in the business of having electrical problems, so don't look to this review for any comparative cost-related feedback based on multiple experiences. Baker Electric, however, is by far the most PROFESSIONAL, TIME-SENSITIVE, and RELIABLE based on that day. couldn't be happier and THANK YOU BAKER ELECTRIC

Just moved to the area and needed to have additional cable outlets installed in my home. Called these guys on a recommendation. Kyle, the technician that showed up, was friendly and completed the task at hand efficiently. I would use them again.

When I had my house built back in 1998 I ran cat 5 to all the rooms and bought all the lines back to the laundry room. Fast forward 5 or so years and I never got around to terminating the network drops. These guys quoted me a very fair price and did the work. They even gave me a copy of the testing report showing the capabilities of the network. They were professional, friendly, and fair. I would use them again and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I have used MP Baker electric for various electrical jobs around my house. Always have been professional and courteous. Recently, I had work done that took 2.5 hours and my labor charge seemed high. I called to pay with a credit card by phone, The gal on the phone said I was charged for 4.5 hours of labor. I explained that this was not correct, and then she would not let me pay rather she wanted to confirm the charge first.

Eventually I spoke with Tony, one of the owners, I explained what happened. He asked me how much I wanted to pay! I said I'd like to pay for 2.5 hours of labor since that was the truth. He said that was fine, and that he appreciated my business. Now that is customer service. I'll continue using MP Baker Electric.
