PREMIER is the highest level of distinction available to members of Generac's dealer network and is open only to those that meet the most rigorous set of sales and customer service criteria.
PACE was contracted to handle the electrical remodel for the Red Lobster Restaurant in Talleyville, DE. The project required keeping the restaurant open and continuing to serve customers during regular business hours. PACE worked behind the scenes and the overnight shift to install new lighting throughout the restaurant, making sure the facility was ready for use each morning.

Pace performed a professional, yet friendly Generac installation. All county, electric, and gas interface was handled by Pace. The installation was delayed only because Generac was undergoing supply constraints. In fact, the generator was installed without the wireless unit which Generac sent to me when it was available. Installation day was started on time and the installers answered all my questions. The entire process was painless.

From my first call with customer service to John the technician, very helpful and pleasurable to work with and this was without a service plan. Although I know I will be getting one with them for my generator. They are invested in their current and future customers.!

Installed generac backup power generator (18KV) with automatic transfer switch & whole house surge protector. Delivery & installation went smoothly and included installation of separate gas feed line from gas meter thru cellar to the outside generator. The install was completed in one day and included onsite visit by technician to explain operation, wireless application setup and power on/off exercise. The entire experience was highly professional and was most pleased throughout the total project.
