If Arrow Circle Electric (won't) return a phone call to a potential customer in 4 days and my home is one block from your business WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? Also I filled out the online request and still got nothing. They refuse to answer the phone and hide behind an automated answering system and you have to leave a message. IF they refuse to call a customer back for new business it should tell you a l lot about the business in general.

Arrow Circle Electric did a whole house wire (build job), installed an in floor outlet and installed an electric vehicle charger for me in the last 6 months. Dallas and his crew of electricians are responsive, competent and professional all for a very reasonable price. ACE technicians have always been on time, done a great job and cleaned up after the install. I highly recommend ACE.

I've never experienced the company before although their driver on the road is a Maniac! Review your background checks thoroughly! You guys are probrably a great company. Following our second storm-related electrical surge in a summer, we called Arrow Circle on the recommendation of our heating and cooling company. Randy called me right back and came out to our house within a day. He did a walk-through to determine if our wiring was damaged or if we could have our a/c, garage doors, etc. repaired. He was friendly, professional, and educated me on how the electricity works and things we can do to repair a few things.
While he could have pushed for a repair sale, he encouraged me to try to do a couple of DIY repairs. He even gave me a quick pointer on fixing our jetted tub. As he left, he said to make sure to call him with any questions re: the electric in the house, or problems with the DIY repairs. I will definitely recommend him (and Arrow Circle) to others and will call Randy whenever we have electrical issues.
