I hired Proletric to look at some switches and breakers at my house. Their customer service was exceptional when booking/confirming the appointment. The work was scheduled for 8am and the electrician (Jesse) showed up 5-minutes early and was ready to start exactly when we agreed. Jesse was great to work with, knowledgeable, and very fast. I totally recommend this company.

Purchased a condo built 1971 and wanted electrician to evaluate electrical system for plumber to install a tankless water heater. The electrician came and said my panel was fine and that he could install an outlet for the electrical water heater but wanted the plumber there at the same time. I told him he could talk to the plumber and I would provide him make and model and that scheduling them both at the same time may not be a possibility.

He said my breaker panel was fine and that " Sure, I can charge you $50-$60 to change out each one of these switches but in my opinion, it's not needed." I had also requested installation of lights and a ceiling fan and he instructed me to schedule another appointment and he would do it all at one time because it was Friday and he wanted to get home early.

He was there from 1109 until 1133 and charged me $125.00 to do nothing including giving me an erroneous Expert opinion. I'm glad that when I called, Prolectric, they did not have electrician available on the day I could get the plumbers to come. I ended up going with Mr Electric. The electrician was very professional and said that he would need to upgrade my whole system to support a tankless water heater. Said that the only way it would be of use if I did not use any other power source like stove, lights, dryer, etc with water of it would constantly trip the breaker. He said that in order to upgrade my electrical, he would need to go through Sheetrock in multiple condo units. Very appreciative of Mr Electric.

They have come and done work on my house several times. They've always been very prompt and very respectful. I have had light switches changed, ceiling fan controller installed and a new doorbell placed. I will continue to use them as they've been great and easy to get a hold of

I am working with this company to get a quote to update the electrical system in my home and to get some other work done. So far the experience has been good and the owner Mike seems like a pleasant guy.

I was in need of an electrician to perform a upgrade for turn-on service, which generally includes installing networked smoke/Co2 detectors in all bedrooms, plus shoring up any recessed outlets and more. They were timely, professional and courteous. It was also a welcome surprise to see that they installed two simple ceiling lamps that I was going to do myself later! Price was also among the best, being less expensive than others I called for the estimate.

Very professional company. ProLectric gave me a free quote over the phone and arrived two days later to conduct the work. The technician was very professional and finished the job in about two hours. ProLectric's quote was far less than another competing local business.

This company did two jobs for me. I was happy at first with the first job that I had then work on a second property. The electrician sent to the second job did horrible work, fought with the other electrician with him, and when I called to convey this, a third electrician was sent to fix his shoots work, which he did. He charged almost $400 more than he told me he was charging my card once the job was complete, so the problem was not that the job was simply more than the estimate.

My contractor told me "don't ever use that company again!" I needed up having a problem with the first house they did, which as a lay person, I did not foresee. The breaker box is outside the house, and it has been filling up with water, causing fuses to go bad. Apparently, he goes not believe it is his responsibility to make sure the box keeps water out. to make matters worse, mike early felt the need to be insulting, condescending, and even resorted to nasty name calling and cruel accusations about my "MO" to get free stuff, argumentative, contentious, and a real pain in the ass when I brought it to his attention.

You know what mike? Having to add hours into your contractor bill because you're not able to put your dishwasher in its place because your guy slapped the outlet in crooked and off enter and jutting our from the wall is also a pain in the ass!

Got a recommendation from a neighbor who also used them. I called in the morning and they were there that afternoon - earlier than they said they would be there which I LOVED. All the power was out in my house so I needed them there ASAP. Great work and fast. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

I called Prolectric on Thursday to install a receptacle for my sauna which was being delivered on Monday (sooner than expected) The other electricians I called had high ratings as well but wanted to schedule me for a consultation (which is understandable) but would be a couple weeks out and said once we set the install date sauna receptacle installs are charged a full day.

I needed a 120/20 amp dedicated sauna plug which after calling around should not take all day. True to form, Prolectric came and did it spot on in less than 3 hours with one technician. The price was 1/3 what the other company quoted. The technician was great, respected my home by keeping everything neat (he had to crawl underneath the home). 2 days later my sauna has run several hours flawlessly. No tripped breakers, no issues at all. I HIGHLY recommend Prolectric.

Perfect! A quick response to my email inquiry, and service set for the next day. The technician handled the matter quickly and efficiently communicated with me by phone (as I am an out of town owner). They even allowed credit card payment by phone. I will certainly use them for all future electrical needs in Savannah.

The technician I worked with was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, personable, informative, and efficient. He thoughtfully assessed my issue (a light switch in my master bathroom wasn't working right), gave me several options, discussed the pros and cons of each, and then completed the work. The guys that came to work on our house were courteous and VERY knowledgeable. We had them rewire an area for a dryer unit. Moving our washer and dryer out of the kitchen into the butler's pantry. They did a great job, and loving my new w/d location!

These guys are great. I called them on a Thursday night around 8pm because our electrical mast was partially detached from the side of our house. It wasn't an emergency, but it was something that was going to need to be addressed very soon. Prolectric had a guy at our house around 8am the following morning. He took a look at the problem, suggested a few options and said that they could have the work done by that afternoon.

I went to work and, when I got home at 5pm, everything had been taken care of. Everyone I spoke to from Prolectric was incredibly nice and helpful, and I'll definitely be using these guys for any future electrical work I need done.

Wow, tried my very best to get them to bid on a good sized project and just totally ineffective, asking same questions over and over again, non responsive after phone call after phone call, email after email. Went with Oglesbee Electric, much happier with them! -Edit: Following up on comment: I provided drawings, in person and via email, and answered all questions necessary to provide an estimate.
