Called to have estimate on installing an attic vent fan. He came out to house and informed us that roofer needed to install fan and then he would come back to hook up electricity. He charged $100 for coming out here. Nothing was said about this service Charge when we made the appointment. I asked if the $100 would come off the hook up after and was told no. I think this is poor business practice. We should have been told up front of this service charge.
