Edit post initial review: They reached out after initial review and made things right. Great experience with the technicians, and grateful for their availability, especially after hours and on a weekend. Initial interactions with front office were. frustrating. Again, issue is now fixed.

Came home from a trip on a Sunday to no power, a tree had knocked off the weather head. I called and their 24 hour service had someone here within a few hours to fix it. Services: General repairs, Electrical panel repair, Electrical outlet & switch installation, Electrical power restoration, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

Reasons why I recommend Trawick: 1. They are FAST and efficient! They came out to our house on the weekend the Saturday before Christmas within the hour of my initial call in to get service. 2. They tried to troubleshoot before arriving, making me feel better they were not just trying to get my money. 3. Once here, our issue was fixed and future recommendations made by Jake. I highly recommend Weston Trawick!

Had Cat6 drops installed in multiple rooms so I could plug in smart devices throughout the house without having to worry about WiFi, and future proof my house as faster internet speeds become more available in the area. The technicians came out and kind of didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and weren't the perfect image of professionalism.

The whole project took all day, way longer than I anticipated and they drilled a hole in my wall that they started filling before they let me know they had put a hole in my wall. Then I found out that they had connected the Cat6 cable to a dead data line connection rather than the live data connection and had to have Comcast come out and fix it anyways.

All in all, happy with the new connections but not with the service, the inconvenience, and the grand that I had to pay to eventually have somebody else come in and clean up their work.

Called on Monday to get an estimate. I found their name on Angie's List. Came out and did estimate, scheduled work for Thursday. Arrived on Thursday as scheduled, completed work, clean work area and everything was perfect. Because it did not take as long as estimated, I was only charged for the hours actually worked! Nice surprise. Great company, great people! I will always call them for my electrical needs!

This was my second experience with the Weston Trawick Team. The first was an extremely good experience so I went to them again for more of my needs. Willy Hart arranged my appointment and was very courteous and helpful. Then I had to change the appointment and he was just as friendly and helpful. Damien and Lloyd came to perform the work and I was amazed how polite they were with introductions and hand shaking.

They got right to work and were very helpful in answering questions. I kept adding tasks to my wish list and they knocked them out quickly, cleaning up behind themselves each time. It felt like Christmas getting to checkoff 8 projects today! I will be counting on the Weston Trawick Team for all of my electrical needs!

No water on Thanksgiving.called and the technician came out for $150.00 per hour (ouch) the next day. The Technician ran a temporary line for us to get us water until Monday when he would have the office call us. Paid $300.00 labor and $160.00 for 100 ft wire- $460.00 total cash. Received no call on Monday. I called and asked the Manager if he was willing to take $10.00 to $20.00 off coming back out to finish the job and he wasn't. Said he wanted our repeated business again but their prices are reasonable, I thanked him and called another Company who would love our business.

After explaining what happened the new Company offered $20.00 off as a courtesy. Wasn't about the $$$$ just wanted to see if this Company understands "customer service" and appreciates their customers. I am giving them three stars only because of the technician.as far as repeated business and recommendation- sorry, Lost my business over $10-$20 bucks!
