I called ahead to make sure they had the breakers I needed and specifically told them that I needed 100 amp bolt in breaker. I got here and they didn't have the right breakers after they assured me that they carried them. They are liars or don't care about their customers either way if you can get your parts from a different supply house I would highly recommend doing so.

I stopped by the McAlester Oklahoma store on the chance that I could find a part to repair a flight helmet. Although I was obviously not the usual customer, the staff greeted me and found me just the right component needed. This demonstrated to me that they are eager and willing to help every customer, they know their products and will think outside the box to find the perfect application to meet the customers needs.
All of that is in itself great for any customer. But I also engaged them in a discussion about an electrical problem that just popped up in my shop. They laid out the likely cause of the issue, and how to get the problem fixed. In this case there was nothing in it for the Company, but they nonetheless lent me their knowledge and expertise, to give me a roadmap to fixing the problem. This was an outstanding shopping experience.

Not sure whats happened but was a lot better a few years ago now about all thats for certain is they will screw up something. Double check your ordder before leaving if you really needed what you came for. If your having it delivered your out of luck getting it the first time but after 2 or 3 tries you will probably end up with something.
