The service was great. I wanted to add a 240v outlet to charge my model y more quickly so I called in. The result is very good and my garage is clean after the work! The only draw back is I wasn't know the first attempt was only for estimation but hey, maybe I missed that part during the phone call with their dispatch, and I got the service done the next day! Overall, nice guys! Nice work done!

So had and HVAC unit installed paid for everything out of pocket. When all said and done, the guys finished up and left. Went back to look at the unit and sweep up. Noticed old filter was propped against the wall, went to throw it away and there was a huge hole in the wall where they didn't seal the intake. After seeing that started to notice more how the flashing didn't reach top of the ceiling. Mister quick after saying they would refund some of my money for the install sent a guy to fix those issues, and the new installer pointed out more problems.

The manager I was talking to then stopped answering my calls, or getting back to me when he said he would personally come out and take a look at the unit and get me some of my money back. Never happened. Have to say not sure if I will ever go back to them, and I would suggest others to look elsewhere as well.

Mister Quick did our main line replacement for about $8000. We chose them due to their seemingly stellar reputation. While everyone we've worked with was friendly and helpful, the good bits end about there. When digging into our yard, our front flower bed was plowed over, and dirt was placed on both our driveway and rest of the entire yard. After being filled in, this left things in a rough state.

Our clean out pipe wasn't even cut down, sticking 4 ft directly up in the air same time. We were told the ground would have to settle. Then told it was too cold. Then told it was too wet. Then that they forgot the gravel for the drive. Now months later, my driveway is still like driving on the moon from the mess. Our front yard is dry as a bone, and yet we still sit here with zero follow-up from the company, two random attempts of people stopping by but "finding out" they can't do it or don't have the right things.

We've called twice for follow-ups, lost response from our main contact John, and are struggling to figure out how this is the level of work to expect. Photos below are how things were left, and haven't been touched since FEBRUARY 22.

We got a new furnace and a/c put in at our home, through Mister Quik, less than a year ago. Since the install we have had to call multiple times for different issues. The first being, just days after install our furnace had condensation build up covering the entire unit. After that was fixed, and winter came through which was just a few months after install, the furnace went out.

We woke up to 45 degrees in our house and dropping, in the middle of winter. The were quick to send someone out to fix the issue, which the furnace some how kicked the breaker switch off. Which should not be happening with a new furnace. Now that spring/summer time is upon us, we decided to turn our a/c on, it was 85 out, and it does not work! They can not get someone out to look at it until tomorrow.

My issue at this point isn't even about how quickly they can come out to fix it but why are all these issues happening with brand new units! Would I recommend this company based solely off the quickness that they are able to come out and repair, maybe? Would I recommend this company based off high quality products and know how on proper install, absolutely not. We certainly wish we would have gone with a different company.

In July of 2019 I had a new sump pump system installed in my home by Copper Ridge Services for $2,100. Since then Copper Ridge was purchased by Mr. Quick so when my sump pump system failed in April of 2022 I called Mr. Quick and they sent a plumber that same day. Great! I said to myself. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty primary pump and controller.

The solution proposed was a total replacement. Still, no cause for alarm. The surprising part came when he told me the price. $5,761, which was $3,661 or 174% more than I had paid less than 3 years ago for the very same system. Was it supply chain issues? Inflation? I wasn't sure, but I was decided to find out. So, I politely declined the quote and paid the whopping charge of $373.95 for about 1hr and 20 minutes for the service call. Suspecting price gouging I went to a local plumbing supply store which offered me the same equipment (same brand, same model, same everything) for only $926.56 ($991.40 after tax)and I figured I could get a local plumber to install it thinking it would require a little luck and massive plumbing super-prowess.

When I unboxed the system I was shocked to see that the sump pump unit consisting of a primary and backup pumps with a controller system comes already pre-assembled so installation consisted of only attaching the 1 1/2 inch PVC pipe to the check valve in my basement and just connecting the wiring as laid out in the instructions. So I did it myself in about 1 hr and another $30 in pipe primer / glue and supplies.

I am scratching my head wondering how Mr. Quick would justify charging $4,739.60 to drive a couple of miles, collect the part from the supply store and spend 1 hr replacing a sump pump system. I totally get that Mr. Quick is a business for profit and has to make a buck, so I was not expecting them to do something for free or even next to nothing. As customer I expect them to make a reasonable profit.

This markup is very far from being reasonable. In fact, it is flat out abusive. This experience sure taught me a lot. UPDATE: Mr. Quick told me the warranty was for 1 yr (I had purchased the original one from Copper Trace in July 2019) The supply company that sold me the replacement pump system was glad to take the old one back under the 3 yr mfg warranty and credit my purchase back to my card. So I basically fixed this issue for about $30 in supplies and 1 hr of my time. Grrrrr.

My wife and I used Mr. Quick and they are hands down the best company I have ever worked with by far. We called at 10 at night to have our furnace looked at because it stopped working they came out within the hour and fixed it no problems. Just a heads up I'd recommend getting their membership its super handy and these people really know how to do their job and the people over the phone are just beyond awesome. I have absolutely no complaints about this company trust me if your considering hiring them just do it you won't regret it.

The tech Bradley was well educated and plenty respectful. Took his time and allowed me to fully explain my home and prior visitation with the company. Showed me some ways to better value the home and air and heat. To have someone who was direct and honest about the service, price, and efforts is what this company does best. Support technicians are really really good at what they do.

David came to my home to give me an estimate to clean my duct work. He was professional, polite and intelligent. I received a quote for a duct cleaning by phone from a different company which confused me. This process confused me and David explained Mr Quik always sends someone to your home to inspect and make sure that work is needed. Mr Quik never does work estimates by phone.

He also inspected my dryer vent and concluded it didn't needed to be cleaned. David was very polite and patient and took his time to show me videos and explain the companies process. I appreciate the care that was taken with his free estimate and decided to use Mr Quik to clean and sanitize my air ducts. Thanks David and Thanks Mr Quik.

Did great job. Also installed dishwasher in kitchen where there was no dishwasher previously. We had them do plumbing electrical and HVAC repairs and updates. I only had one issue with a vent pipe that needed insulation and they came back and did it and covered it under our warranty with them. Very happy with the work they did for us. I used them because they had all the services I needed.

They coordinated the different trades to fix and Update everything we needed done. Very happy with Mr Quick and I would use them again. I will recommend them to my Friends and family.

I had Austin out to my home to diagnose a issue with my furnace he discovered and showed us on video that my AC coil had been leaking above my furnace and that water had been running all the way through my furnace. Which caused considerable damage to my unit. We discussed all options of repair as well as replacement in detail with all positives and negatives of both options which helped us determine we wanted to go the replacement route instead of repair.

He showed us on his tablet what the company stands for and why they are in the business and then showed a video of the install process. This was all done before we even discussed pricing! He said he likes to show his customers about the company so they understand who Mr. Quik is and what work they do before even remotely discussing pricing. He was adamant that if you can't believe in them as a company and you can't trust in the work a company does that even if they do the work for half of a competitor that it's not worth the investment in your home.

We agreed so we proceeded to breakdown pricing. They had a lot of financing options but we decided to pay it off to take advantage of the 2% cash discount. We thought about getting another quote my wife and I but decided that Austin was a very trustworthy and professional young man and we would trust in his recommendation for our family. I could not be happier with the service and the communication through the entire process Austin has followed up with us twice since install just to chat and make sure we are satisfied. The installers were so professional and did such an amazing job. We will definitely be Mr. Quik customers for life!
