Daniel H. took the time to do an assessment to determine what is needed to convert my A/C and Heating, all to electricity and eliminate the need for oil. Daniel provided a very detailed assessment of what needs to be done to complete this task. Daniel provided honest and up-front responses to all of my questions. Financing will be an issue; however, Daniel offered various payment options for me to take in to consideration. Daniel was very professional and friendly. I truly appreciate his time and effort.

Daniel Henson was very professional and straightforward. Showed great concern in the well being and comfort of my family which resulting in purchasing a unit due to my unit being over 29 years old. Chad and his colleague installed several ceiling fans for us, including an especially difficult one on a vaulted ceiling. They were very thorough, and went the extra mile to ensure the fans were safely installed. The cost was more than we originally anticipated, but we got an exceptional value for the quality and quantity of work performed. Based on our recent experience, we highly recommend Chad and Hickey Electrical.

All of my lights on one circuit were flickering to the point of tripping the breaker out. I had a different electrician come out spending and hour and a half to tell me the wiring was probably old and needed replaced but he couldn't help with that. I called Hickey and Bryan came out. Within 15 minutes he found a faulty breaker and replaced it, fixing my problem.

Not only was he incredibly friendly and professional, but he has the heart of a teacher and explained everything he was doing and what he was checking for as he went. I mentioned needing an HVAC system replaced and before he left he called the HVAC manager with Hickey to get me on the schedule the next day for a quote. Bryan is incredibly skilled at both his job and customer service. While I hope to not need any reason to use Hickey again, should the need arise they will be my first and only call.

Installed a new Home Emergency Generator. We couldn't be happier. Clint was very professional, on time and very through to ensure the job was done right the first time. He answered all our questions and we could not be any happier with Clint and Ryan and the entire installation process. We certainly plan to use him again if our home ever needs service.

Been using Hickey for 4 to 5 years, at first for biannual maintanence on old system. Then they installed my new system 2 years ago. Installation was flawless. Catherine from the office gave me a call a full 10 days before our scheduled visit to let me know she had a cancellation and that i could be serviced Today if it was convenient. Bryan and his apprentice Caleb called me on their way and they were absolute rockstars from start to finish. Professional, attentive, and lightning quick. I particularly appreciated the time they took to explain my problem in layman's terms before immediately correcting it. Can't top the service I received today.

Clint got our two generators working again. He's friendly, customer-oriented and knowledgeable. My only (minor) complaint was that the lady who scheduled the service said he'd call when he was on his way, and I didn't get that call. All else was very good.

Patrick and Landon came out today to install a new Bosch H/AC system. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, turned off the lights, and made sure the doors were closed. Now, if this new system works as hard as they did, I will certainly not have any complaints!
