This IBEW Local is a joke. All the members jump the book, get hired under the table, never sign the out of work list. This local maintains members on there book to control them for work at Mccormick Place shows. If they don't work it they get kicked off the list. There members rarely check in to other locals and have to have 6am start times, work threw lunches so they beat traffic they say cause they work so far away for there shop.

I went up there to get some information with my man. The lady on the phone was very rude. She couldn't answer any of his questions. No matter how simple a question may be you cannot expect people to know everything about unions. The whole point of your job as a customer service operator is to BE KIND AND KINDLY ANSWER questions and inform those who seek it. OTHERWISE IF EVERYTHING IS ON GOOGLE THAN WHY DO WE NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS? Especially with a bad attitude. Please hire more respectful people who are actually willing to help. Otherwise you can HIRE GOOGLE.
