Needed an electrician to look at a breaker for my oven. I called the office and they were able to send someone out the next day who was able to resolve the problem within the hour. The breaker was bad and needed to be replaced. I can't comment too much on the rates as I did not price other electricians in the area, but they were the closest to me so (within a few miles) so there wouldn't really be much in the way of mileage necessary.
Due to COVID-19 they requested everyone wear a mask and the electrician did as well. He called to let us know he was on his way. I was pleased with everything and will use them again if the need arises.

I called Bitner Electric to fix another electrician's bad electrical work in my home. They scheduled me with an appointment within 48 hours and I was extremely impressed with the quality of work by their electrician named John aka "JP." He was extremely efficient and his work is top notch. I will be calling them again in the future. Their rates are very fair. I'm very happy with my experience with Bitner Electric.

We lost power in part of our house. I contacted Bitner for service. They answered immediately and after explaining my situation they recommended I first contact PPL to check the service to the house. They explained that it may be the issue and either way it wouldn't cost us anything. It was not a PPL issue. I called back at 7:45 in the morning. They explained their fee schedule.
I agreed and they had a technician on site in 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, tracked it down and repaired it. He we polite and explained everything. They could have milked the job out for hours and we wouldn't have known anything different but instead it only cost us the base service fee of $99.00. Great job and will definitely recommend and use the again!

Great company to rely on! There were a few mystery receptacles and switches in my home, so I contacted Bitner Electric. I had a very experienced electrician come to my home in Mechanicsburg to solve the problem. Allen thoroughly examined the problem, by asking questions, and investigating the problem efficiently and quickly. He was in and out within a couple hours, and was pleasant to talk to. He also gave me a quick lesson on some of the switches since I am the DIY type. My experience was great - and yours should be too!

I contacted Bitner Electric to install recessed ceiling lights, a bathroom lighting fixture and several other small electrical jobs. We required a quick turnaround time for our project and they responded quickly and efficiently. The electrician was very professional and meticulous with his work. I would definitely recommend this contractor!
