The solar installation crew from Laplante was exceptional. They showed up ready to work, explained everything and answered all of my questions. They cleaned everything up when they finished working and did a final check in with us to answer any questions/concerns before they departed. They were a great crew to work with and I would highly recommend LaPlante to my friends and family. As a matter of fact I already have done that!

The LaPlante crew did a wonderful job installing my heat pump system. They all were skilled, efficient, wanting to make sure their customer was informed all along the process. Team #3 did an AMAZING job installing my heat pump/mini splits. From start to finish the process was great - Annalise was super informative and fabulous. My project was a tricky one and called for creativity and determination. Install day was smooth and the job was done very well. Excited to be cool this summer!

I dealt with Carson over the phone and he was patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Chris, the technician who came to our house, was punctual, friendly and offered some helpful suggestions on how to address our major problem (an inexplicably high electric bill from Central Maine Power). The people at LaPlante are professional and seem to really value customer service, so it's easy to see why their ratings are so positive.

From the sales advisor to the crew from LaPlante everyone that came to the house to plan and install our heat pump was great! Dave was kind, professional and patient with my very curious young son. He addressed all of our issues and concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Excellent value, we were prepared for a much higher bill but it was very reasonable. The young ladies in the office were also very polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.

LaPlante Electric was great. Jon, Keith and Josh were all very professional and did great work. They showed up on time and worked in some pretty rough weather since it was freezing rain outside. They installed a heat/AC split and worked very efficiently and explained the whole system to me. I would highly recommend LaPlante to anyone who is looking for work to be done. These guys were very friendly as well and could not have asked for better service!

I want to let you know that we are thrilled with your company. Our Maine underground power line failed on a Sunday afternoon. You were able to get crew to our house on Tuesday. The crew located the break and made preparations to fix it. The ground was frozen, so they had to put a massive heat pad down to thaw the ground. Two days later they were back and they fixed the problem.

I have to say, your employees were terrific. They were polite, hard working, conscientious and very knowledgeable. They kept us informed throughout the process and we couldn't have been happier. For the snout of work it took to locate and fix the problem the price was very reasonable. I didn't get the names of all 5 guys that came on Tuesday, but they were all excellent.

A special shout out to Scott (the Forman) and Keith who were here both days. They were great representatives of LaPlante. I want to also point out that the generator you installed for us kept us fully operational the 5 days we were without power. What a Godsend! We are lucky to be LaPlante customers! We used Leplante to install 4 zone mini split to heat and cool our house. They were incredibly professional and responsive from start to finish! The salesperson was super helpful and explained every aspect of the process to make sure we were okay with all assumptions. The crew that arrived were incredibly quick, knowledgeable, and polite. They did a phenomenal job, and even gave some helpful tips around other remodels we were doing (far above and beyond). Even did a phenomenal job cleaning afterwards, down to the last fingerprint on the wall!

Needed a repair on my generator and LaPlante sent out a tech pretty quickly. Excellent service. The tech was very knowledgeable and spent time showing me how to do some basic maintenance to ensure smooth running. Really great experience and I highly recommend them.

We are so pleased that we went with Laplante Electric for our condo lighting remodeling. We had a lot of projects to tackle and weren't sure on the specifics of what we should do. Chris came in and guided us every step of the way, clearly outlining everything that would be done and letting us approve things before he went to work with the installation.

There were times when Chris had to call in other electricians (Todd and Keith) and they were all friendly as well. We ended up expanding our project over the course of a few visits. Each time we had to have them come back to finish the work, we requested Chris because he was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and so helpful. Every time we flick on a switch, I'm so happy that we chose Laplante. I hope we don't have any more electrical projects in our future, but if we do, I know who to call.and that is so reassuring!

Definitely above expectations! After a little hiccup with my original appointment to get my meter/panel upgraded being cancelled, which was not totally their fault, I finally got my upgrade and now my Heath Pumps installed. The hiccup was more CMP as they cancelled due to Henri and didn't communicate it effectively, so LaPlante's crew still came and waited around for an hour. but they were able to get it rescheduled and this past Monday were able to get it done.

The two-man team was great and made sure to keep me posted at all times. Yesterday I got the Heat Pump isntall and it was beyond all expectations. Here I was expecting one or two guys and it seems like the whole company was there. well, maybe like five or six guys, and they got it knocked out. At one point even Ashton the sales rep showed up to see how everything was going and to bring the guys some coffee/donuts.

They took any feedback I had as they worked and took care to listen to suggestions on location of the various parts/units. They were courteous and went above and beyond to not be too intrusive. They even made sure to not let me cats out. lol When they were all done they made sure to clean up after themselves, double-checked to make sure it all worked properly, and even went over every detail with me on the operation and maintenance. I'd definitely use them again and look forward to see them for the yearly servicing.

LaPlante Electric was recommended to me by a family member. They installed two heat pumps for me and they did a great job. The crew, Justin, Jonathan, Will and another Justin were great. Very professional, courtesy and a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and kept me posted through the whole process. I will definitely be using this company for other projects.

I hired these folks to fix some botched wiring done by previous owner. They fix it after quite a bit of troubleshooting, but I had a slight problem with the rearrangement of the switch's. Called, they send their owner, master electrician and original electrician out the next day and took care of everything! Then even refunded me the service fee! I'd give them a 6th Star is yelp allowed it. Above and beyond!
