Leeann arrive early for my appointment. She assessed the probable causes to my AC not functioning and immediately went to work. She discovered there was a wiring problem which was resolved. Leeann was very professional and kindly answered my numerous questions. She is knowledgeable and well versed in problem solving. I will highly recommend using Snappy Heating and Air, asking that Leeann handle any maintenance/service calls in the future. Thank you for being a quality company and employing such wonderful service representatives.

Clyde was awesome! He walked through everything he did and educated me on what we should see with each test. So often the homeowner is not privy to what the technician is doing so it was a breath of fresh air to see and hear all that was taking place. Clyde also didn't rush the process, he was here for far longer than he probably should have been, he just took time to explain things and really make sure I understood. I'm so pleased with my service today that I canceled the scheduled service I have for 5/27 you really can't beat the quality of service!

Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I tried to schedule an appointment over chat and was never given confirmation- they decided to add me to the schedule anyways with zero confirmation. The day the company "scheduled" they called and called and "rescheduled" for a month out- was given a time block of arrival (8-11) and confirmed. Day of said appointment, no one came, no one called- so upon follow up they noted that the appointment was never scheduled for that time + they actually wouldn't be able to come anyways due to being busy.
I have used them for maintenance and service repairs prior- but after the poor attempt at arguing and consistent talking over me when I am asking questions it is clear that this is not the business to use.

I called at 8:30 this morning and by 6:30pm, I had been given a reasonable quote, and had our broken tank water heater removed and pipes rerun for a new tankless water heater installed. No hot water for a shower this morning, and I'll be able to take one this evening! Our service tech was professional, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after he was done.
We have a sick newborn at home, and to have this level of service meant an experience that truly made our day easier. We will use Snappy for all of our plumbing, HVAC and furnace needs moving forward!

We have used them for heating, air, electric and plumbing for years and have been happy with every service and service person who has come to our home. We have an annual plan the covers check ups and when a problem arises, a discount on services. They have been honest and fair in pricing, always giving us options and we never feel pressured to rush into a repair or upgrade that isn't vitally necessary.
I've compared their pricing with other companies and they are often lower. Something I noted is that we have had the same technicians for several years, so they must be a nice place to work!

I am confident that I will not use Snappy again. I called to get an electrical issue resolved but I was subjected to a sales pitch about all of the services offered if I subscribe as a customer. In addition, I was given a price for a problem that had not been diagnosed and the price was VERY high. I'm no electrician, but I know when I am being robbed.
After refusing the service, the guy gave me a $75 coupon. Even with that, I am still bothered by the fact that they have set a price without understanding the problem. It came down to what I anticipated - a bad switch, which cost $28. However, the switch he installed is an inferior model. Minus the conversation, he was done in less than 10 min. The cost, $340! Shame on Snappy for establishing this as a way off business and shame on me for letting it get that far. Lesson learned.

We've been using Snappy for 7 years now; so that's got to say something. They do the job right. We live in an older home that was not previously well maintained and have done extensive work with Snappy over the years-plumbing, electrical, hvac, crawlspace encapsulation. This includes the unfortunate event of replacing our sewer line out to where it meets the city's portion.huge expense and undertaking.
I will say none of the work has been cheap but no corners are cut. We are left feeling confident they did a good job and that they stand behind their work. Working with all the different employees over the years has been a pleasant experience and even the owner has been hands-on at times and responsive. We are a part of their seasonal maintenance program.
And while I understand it is all about customer retention, we do find value in it. The service reps do more than change your filter. Clyde, in particular, is exceptional. He is thorough in his work and explanations. Lots of information to make your own choice and no pressure in selling you on additional services. Snappy provides great service and work and we will continue to use them.
