After a big storm all the GFCI outlets and lighting were out. Called and asked for service. Gary pointed out that could just be moisture that prevented the reset button from working-let it go a couple of hours and see. Well that worked great, power restore. Gary saved us the cost of a visit and potentially a cost for replacing a switch that was working fine. That's why we use them for all our electrical work.

CE Tech came out for a Warranty service call, loss of power to front doorbell. The Electrician was punctual, called ahead, and most importantly - identified the problem and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Will definitely call again for future electrical work. Contacting and contracting C.E.P. was a breeze! I simply used their online application to detail the services and conditions of the installations I required. After noting my requirements, I received an e-mail requesting I choose an available date, which I did. The actual technician, Brian, contacted me by phone on that date, reconfirmed my request and needs, supplementing them with his estimated arrival time.

After arrival, Brian surveyed the locations I wanted the work done, informed me of safety precautions he'd take, and completed the installations in short thrift and to my satisfaction. Chuck did a comprehensive assessment of my complaint of electricity loss. He identified and explained that my faulty installation of a ceiling fan had caused the power outage. CET Customer Service Sucks! Bought a home and haven't moved in yet. Lights in basement is off, after checking the panel I saw breaker was tripped. Reset and it continued to trip. Call Home warranty company -they sent a CET tech out. Tech also reset breaker and shortly after he left the breaker flipped and lights out again. Tech said this may happen and if it did just call CET directly. Called this morning and was basically accused by the customer service person of lying that the breaker had tripped again and then ask what I am using in the house to keep tripping the breaker.

The house is empty! I guess he is having mental issues and doesn't understand his job is the assist the customers not accuse them. OMG! He then demand that I tell home what I was doing in the house to trip the breaker- I am not an electrician! The available workforce is plentiful --- I am sure he can be easily replaced with someone who understands customer service. CET Customer Service Sucks!

The installation from CET's professional was very excellent and prompt. The reliability of these circuit breakers is tip top that they will trip with dangerous voltage fluctuation and never cause a big problem. Great Experience and hopefully won't be calling them too soon, but if I have an electrical problem we already know who to call.
