Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Completely unresponsive. Had to call them multiple times and left messages. Kept saying they'll do the job, parts are on the way, the weather is bad. Finally they called to say they'll pass on the job. Had to start process over. Miserable management and unprofessional Service: A/C system maintenance

Caution to customers seeking services from Southern Air. This company is not honest. It took 2 short visits at 90$ a piece to tell us our whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced for nearly 5k. We were also told it would take weeks to get the parts. After a second opinion the very next day, it took 2 days to fix a leak and replace a fan for under

Just know that you are on their clock before they even arrive at your home. And pray they have the parts you need because if the tech doesn't have it, the 30 min to go get it and the 30 min back will cost you another $90. I was gonna be $180 in before the repIr even started! All he had to do was see that the wire wasn't hooked up to a breaker.which I didn't know cuz I'm not an electrician, but seems like something simple and the best place to start when the customer tells you the problem is that I'm not getting any power to the dishwasher. Took this guy 30 min. to locate.
He didn't have the piece to piggy back a breaker w him. I asked about costs and it got messy quick. I thought it was just a dishonest employee but it looks like how they do business apparently. A $20 part and about 30 min maybe $45 of actual labor was gonna cost me what I guess was gonna be over $300. Not sure because they couldn't give me an actual price after finding the problem.
