Fralley Electric completed work at our daycare. We received 3 bids and we chose them for a variety of reasons. We had many upgrades that needed to be done and lots of work in many rooms. Fralley was on a roll, working in an empty building as COVID-19 had us closed down. We had asked for dimmers to be installed so that we could control the output of light when the kids were napping.
This is when we noticed the dimmers were causing the lights to flicker and strobe. Fralley came and said they corrected it. It was not corrected. In fact, the strobing light caused a medical situation for a staff member. When we reached out to Fralley, they were unresponsive. We called in another company that undid some work that Fralley completed.
When we called Fralley to give them a chance to make things right, they said we didn't allow them the opportunity to come back and fix it. Very disappointing. In the end, we still don't have dimmers and we are out much money. Do your homework before you commit to Fralley.
