I was assigned this company by my home warranty company. I have not used them but when I spoke with them to make the appointment I was told, and this is a direct quote "the home warranty company told you that even if we are not able to complete the job you still have to pay the service fee?" This let's me know that they have no intention of actually doing the job but just want to collect the money. I would rather pay another company to actually do the work.

Home Warranty of America's failed us by sending this company out to our home. My wedding rings were stolen. I called Paceys and was told that their employees do not steal and to get a lie detector test. I have hidden cameras all around my home, I was very nice to these people, they made me realize that you can't trust anyone no matter what, Home Warranty of America; you're canceled. I have filed a police report and taken other precautions, this will not go unnoticed.

I did not confirm the appointment however the technician still came into my home when I wasn't there because my 11 year old son answered the door and the worker let himself in-very unprofessional and creepy. He could have waited outside for me or called me before he came in when no adult was present. He finally called me when he was already inside my house upstairs working on the wrong fan. I did not feel comfortable with the situation. He was hired by Home Warranty of America- not me.
