Jeff Electric

I don't know about this company's service, but I do know either Jeff or his workers need to be more professional when on the road. This company vehicle has cut me off twice on different occasions. Almost caused me to have an accident.

I don't normally take the time to write a review but felt compelled after my experience with Jeff Electric. This is my first time to use Jeff to replace a Federal Pacific electric panel and he and his team did a fantastic job. During the process Jeff was very responsive to my calls and was on time to our scheduled appointments. Ok, so you should be able to expect such things, right? But they did it with care and courtesy that went above and beyond, from the initial phone call, to the final completion. I will use Jeff again for my electrical needs.

Jeff did a wonderful job explaining that I had a short, then quickly found where and repaired it. Reasonable price!

I have been using this company for a year now. I have done numerous things to my home and I went through 4 electricians trying to find someone that was HONEST and good. Jeff and his guys are awesome! Always on time, they explain everything to me before they work on the project with a price. No surprises. Not to mention, everything is done with perfection and professionalism. I really appreciate that. Thank you! I will not use anyone else!

I've have used Jeff before and he does his job. Today I didn't ask him for a quote and thinking he was a fair guy, just expected him to give me a fair price. After 5 minutes, he let me know what the issue was but couldn't fix it bc it's pool equipment. He then charged me $150 for the work.

Absolute gentleman and professional. I received 3 quotes to change out three globe lights to can lights and add pendant lights. I had quotes over $1,200. Jeff came over and was to the point, listened, offered suggestions and was realistic. He completed the job quickly. I had him install 3 pendant lights and changed my mind to 5 can lights and added a new switch. Lets just say that the cost (including can lighting) was less than $700.

If you want a honest master electrician that never looks for the up-sell and truly is concerned about being honest and simply charging his labor, this is the best electrician in Dallas/Fort Worth hands down. (Please note I have hired multiple electricians and all of their business cards are in the trash.) I will say that after the job, there was a very small mess. However, my wife and I understanding the value we had just received, wanted to help clean up. He was conscious of our art and other things and asked if we could cover things up in order to not harm our tables and others. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Critical: Value Over charged me when I let him do the work without a quote. It's on me but thought it should be public so everyone else knows to get a quote 1st.

Jeff was informative and professional. He did a great job installing the requirements for dishwasher install. It is now up to code. I will use him again to replace an old breaker box. Reasonable pricing!

Jeff was great! Came out and fixed two issues at our house quickly and explained exactly what was going on. He did this all at a very reasonable price. If I have any electrical issues in the future I know who I'm calling!

Jeff Electric has fixed the terrible mess that was left by handymen. There were lights not turning on in four rooms; two or three turning on at same switch; refrigerator responding to light switch; and lights turning on and off for no apparent reason when no switches used at all. To make it worse, nothing was predictable. A switch that turned on the refrigerator would turn on a light on next use and do nothing to refrigerator.

I was afraid to sleep for fear something would start a fire. The electricians were patient and spent a lot of time tracing down each problem. They fixed ground wires that had current and even large lines that had been cut and stuffed back into wall. Now that electricity is working where it is supposed to be, the multiple junction wires that are jumbled and uncovered are being fixed.

I love this company and trust them completely. Their prices are more than reasonable and much better than several large companies in DFW who overcharge and use scare tactics on older female clients. Some terminology might be incorrect and my error.

I have used Jeff as as electrician for our business for over 4 years now. He is very responsive and reasonable on his charges. I highly recommend him for you and or your business!

Just had my first visit with Jeff The Electrician and he was great! He solved my issues with my electricity and has all my lights back on. He's friendly, knowledgeable and was more than happy to discuss some updates that need to occur in the future. He was also very affordable. I won't hesitate to have Jeff back out to handle my power issues/needs.
