Your technicians arrived with proper PPE equipment to protect themselves but also us (the consumer). This was our first time using their services, so I was concern when I contacted them. This was the best decision to have them fix our electrical issue in our house. They came into our home, investigate the issue, found the problem and fixed the issue.
All this in least than 30 minutes. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family, who are looking for a company to solve their electrical issues. FYI, I'm an engineer and I could not find the issue and these professionals did!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with L.U. Electric! We did a complete rewire of our house that still had its original knob and tube wiring from 1941. Luis was exceedingly responsive and gracious. His employees were polite, considerate, and efficient. The work was done in the estimated time, and the price beat other estimates by quite a bit. I can't recommend them highly enough. They will be the ones we call for all of our future electrical work. Thank you, Luis!

I had a service done at my house on August 2 with Victor who replaced my electrical panel outside due to power going in and out in half of the house. Victor was nice and did the job in an hour and said he does not accept the payment but should get an email regarding payment in a week or two. Yesterday being November 26 we just got a call about the invoice - not going to lie I totally forgot about this.
We were in the middle of selling our home and also having a newborn, life got hectic. Carmen called me regarding this and never apologized about it being over 3 months late! She said no one had my contact info. That's funny because I have emails from Cinthya and Martiza and have had phone conversations with them. I also had conversations with someone on their yelp page. Honestly if you're looking to get a job done, I would go elsewhere where they are on top of book keeping.
