Jennifer was amazing getting us scheduled. Grandson was coming to visit.the bathroom exhaust switch cover broke exposing wires. We were scheduled for 2 days but when I mentioned the grandson visiting she managed to send Joe so the repair was made. Joe was great as well! Very happy! Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

Amazing customer service and excellent, quality work. Kasper "saved my bacon" over Christmas week by squeezing us in for a short notice appointment to move an electrical outlet that was holding up a kitchen cabinet installation. Really appreciate their friendly, professional staff. Made us feel like family. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Joe Redinger's work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite-even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself).

What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!

I ordered a whole home generator in March 2021. Was told 3 month lead time. Paid $5k deposit up front. When I called in July was told my generator was in stock and ready for install once the permit cleared. As of the time of this writing (Oct 2021) I have no idea what is going on. The permit office states the company has been non-responsive since August 2021 (so 2 months).

I don't often write reviews, but this company should not be used. It was my understanding they had a good reputation, but this experience cannot be ignored. A simple call or text could have cleared this up. At this point, it has been 7 months, I have paid over $5000, and have no idea when my generator will be installed. This is not an experience any consumer should have. Find another company.

I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours.

He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. I would definitely recommend you use Kasper for your electrical needs. Thank you:

This was one of the best, if not the best services engagement I've had in a long time. I booked the appointment a week in advance so I could have my Tesla 220 amp charger installed. Steve, the electrician showed up exactly when they said he would. He was gracious, patient and understanding right from the start. I was very impressed with his customer service and electrical skills. I highly recommend Kasper for all of your electrical needs. Top notch!

I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors. When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later.

He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be." He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before.

He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises. The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price.

This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact. Kasper is now in my contact list and thanks to Kevin they will be my "go to" for any electrical issues from now on. Kevin was right on time.

He was professional and responsive and sweet. The circumstances on my job called for some critical thinking and improvisation, before coming, and he was successful in both aspects! He knew what he was doing and seemed intent on doing it well. It was a great experience and I was truly satisfied.

Steve did a wonderful job installing the hookup for our generator. He was efficient and knowledgeable. When he was finished, he thoroughly explained the process for connecting/disconnecting the generator and made sure we felt comfortable. We used Kasper Electrical for the first time today, and it was a totally positive experience in every way. Our initial contact was with Michael in arranging the appointment and we found him to be very nice and well spoken. Bill and Kevin did the work for us and they were both as nice as anyone could ask for, and they were competent and professional in solving our problems. I was pleasantly surprised that not only were they able to see me the same day but within 1 hour of my call, Jimmy was at my front door! He was friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, throughly explained everything & finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Kasper Electric re-wired my whole house. The took a fire hazard and turned it into High Tech Show Piece. I couldn't be more happy with the job that they had done. From the Staff to the Owner everyone made me feel that I was their number 1 priority. Thanks Again Kasper Electric.
