These guys are top of the line. Mike and Brandon cleaned up my breaker panel and installed several interior and exterior outlets as well as lights for my garage. The conduit runs show their skill - very clean and well done. Mike and Brandon are real gentlemen prompt, polite, and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us and take care of extra tasks they weren't called on to do. You can't go wrong working with JP Electrical.

Earlier this year, we had a couple of technicians come to our home to repair an outlet and we just had a couple of different technicians come back to install a ceiling fan. On both occasions, the technicians were prompt, helpful and very pleasant to work with. All of their work has been top-notch and we will gladly give them our business again in the future.

I have use JP Electrical several times over the past few years and it has always been a good experience. I have had them do heat tape on the roof, home backup generator installation, finished a basement, and the most recent job was wiring a large detached garage. I am very happy with the results. Bob, Jon, Shane and the team were very professional, helpful with ideas and suggestions, and accommodating of special requests. The office staff is also very friendly. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

I can't speak more highly of the work the team did. I've had them come twice now and will continue to use them as my electrical experts. It's hard to find someone you can trust. I've found them! We had a service entrance relocation, upgrade to 200 amp service and relocation of circuits from original 60 amp panel box completed over 3 days. Ian and Jared could not have been more helpful and professional. The same can be said of second crew headed by Dominick that came for the bulk of the circuit relocation on day 2. Circuits were also added to the garage to locate a new electric water heater and for general use. We are pleased with the results of this upgrade and would not hesitate to recommend JP Electrical to anyone looking for quality electrical work.

JP electrical was the most expensive estimate that I received. At $150 an hour because they send two people out to every job. Then, they asked if they could move my appointment up from 10 o'clock on Friday to 8 o'clock on Wednesday. I get up early at 7:30 even though I work late and 8 o'clock no one, 8:30 no one, 9 o'clock no one.

They show up at about 9:30 to do the work and told me they had an internal meeting that ran over. Pretty inconsiderate. They did not even have the courtesy to text or call and indicate they would be late. I sent them away and will be going with somebody else to do my work. Don't waste your time or money.

JP Electrical is a great company and Mike was wonderful to work with. He was professional, answered my questions and left the house in great shape. We had Mike and Brandon working in our home for 3 days, and Damian was out estimator. It was a really professional experience all around. Damian was clear about the different options available for what we were hoping to accomplish and listened to what our preferences were. He was also responsive at updating our estimate when we decided to have additional work done. Mike and Brandon updated me throughout the project and sought my opinion each time they ran into an unexpected roadblock (you never know what you'll run into behind the drywall).

Their work was clean, and they cleaned up really well after the work was complete. JP Electric is probably not the cheapest quote you'll get for your project, but their quality is top notch and they're easy to communicate with.

Dominick at JP relocated a 240V outlet. I have now used JP for one small and one large job (new electric to garage). Both times I found JP to be very reliable, professional, and trustworthy. Services: Install outlets or switches, Relocate outlets or switches

One of the best home repair experiences I've had. They were here early, fixed my oven plug and a light fixture and gave me an estimate for a bunch of other electrical issues for a reasonable price. Brad and his apprentice were not only on time but, were actually early. That rarely happens in our busy world. After explaining what they would be doing they went straight to work. Brad kept us informed on how the job was going and how long to expect them to be at our home. They were very friendly and efficient. They finished the job, cleaned up. the work area and thanked us for allowing them to help us on our project. Rod, in the office, was very helpful in getting our project set up quickly and efficiently. Everything went smoothly and alot quicker than we planned. Thank you JP Electric for a job well done!

I hired JP Electric to upgrade the wiring, light fixtures and outlets in my historic brick bungalow in the downtown area. Also installed new outlets. It was a 4 day project. They were on time, efficient and provided great customer service with me. Took care to listen to my questions/concerns. Cleaned up every day. I would hire them again.

The guys from JP Electrical were great! They were here on time and with a laundry list of items in need of repair or replacement, finished on time! Dominick, our Electrician, was a total professional. He suggested alternatives to some of the items I wanted done. Which I truly appreciated. They turned out better than I imagined. He was very professional, but not condescending.

He listened to my ramblings and then made his suggestions. I truly appreciated being able to bounce my ideas off him. I was totally happy with his craftsmanship. John and Shane were not only on time, but early. Both of these men were courteous and highly professional. After a brief discussion of our expectations and John's recommendations they went to work and completed the project in a few short hours having accomplished all that we planned on. John and Shane worked very well as a team and at the end of the day the project came in under budget. We had previously used JP Electrical to wire our basement. On both projects we have been very well pleased with this company. We recommend them highly.

John was professional and explained everything he was doing. This is an older home and they are tricky. I am so pleased that we will be asking for him and his apprentice back for installing all of our recessed lights to be installed and all future electrical work. This is a great team! JP electric is hands down one of the best in their business.

The professional electricians a JP electric are great! I can highly recommend this company to anyone needing industrial or residential electrical work done. The first time I called JP was about 10 years ago to wire in some welders and an overhead crane. Since then I had them connect an air conditioner in my rental and most recently they repaired the main breaker on my house. Every experience was very good and their pricing is fair.

Can't say enough about the quality, responsiveness, and overall stellar experience we had with JP electric. They did our whole home on a new build and we're the best part about the whole construction process. We worked with Jon and he was incredible. Jon Very knowledgeable and provided some excellent suggestions. He was very through and can't thank him enough!

Not an electrical review but a review regarding their employees driving and disrespect to others. On Friday April 30, 2021 at 7:34am, van #45 was driving recklessly down highway 89 and onto I-15 southbound. The van was tailgating every car it came into contact with, honking the horn and flashing the vans headlights. One truck attempted to make contact with the van while driving along side of it and the van moved abruptly towards the truck twice as if attempting to hit the truck.

I was doing 78 mph once I got into I-15 at Farmington and the van left me like I was sitting still. Looks like an entitled and selfish employee to behave that way towards our community. Hopefully not the values of this company.

Ian was very polite and understood exactly what my request was. He was able to get my electrical issue fixed as well as set up one light on a separate switch. He was fast and did great work! I HIGHLY recommend Ian and JP Electrical! Prices are very fair too! Much cheaper than I was expecting! They have earned my future business!

Called for a free bid and got scheduled for a 11 am to 2 pm appointment. They called me at 9:30 am the day of and asked if the tech could come early and I said yes. She stated the tech would be there by 10:30 am. I sat around and waited, and waited, and waited. They finally showed up at 3:10 pm. I showed them the three light fixtures I was having issues with and they said they would take a look and let me know.

The techs were nice enough. At about 3:45 they said they were done so I asked how much it would be to have them fix the issues, they chuckled and said, "we already took care if it." I told them they were just there for a free bid and they said, "they were easy enough fixes." He went outside for about 35 minutes to prepare the bill. I watched him from the window wander around his van talking on the phone laughing while the other sat in the passenger seat.

When he came back in he said the bill was $220 for their services. I said that was outrageous and asked why it was so much and he said that was their "standard rate." About an hour after he left he texted me a link to a bill which states they arrived at 2 pm and left at 4 pm. Doesn't seem like an honest company. I don't recommend them and will never use them again.

See my google review as I'm a google guide and not as active on yelp - not going to retype it all here but I am a landlord and used these folks 8/5/19 for one of my properties in the avenues and the bill was 110? Brad the technician (thank you) fixed it quickly - my handymen couldn't solve it and turned out was a grounding issue- i was not on site so expected the typical landlord markup.

Seriously impressed. 100% will use them again and I didn't read the other reviews but for my first time calling and no relationship they are the best electric company I have ever used. Sometimes the bill is going to be painful because it requires a lot of work but fastest way to earn my trust is to charge me $110 for a simple (but hidden) fix that other folks couldn't solve. Happy to pay more for bigger issues as they come up but yeah 5 stars easy call them!

Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience as some of the others that gave them 5 stars. The two JP workers that showed up were nice enough guys but they showed up several hours late and still charged me for the hours they weren't here. They also left for a long time because they didn't have a certain part (which I feel they should've had in their work truck). Again, I was charged for the time that they were gone.

I called and spoke to a customer rep to let him know what had occurred. He said they would refund the difference but it's been several months and I haven't heard back from them. I wouldn't recommend hiring JP, but if you do, keep track of their hours because there's a good chance they'll overcharge you.

I would have to say, my experience was similar. They came in to fix another electricians' mess up and did a pretty good job. On time, on top of what was happening. I gave them a written list of what I hoped they could do and they understood and even knocked them off in less time than allotted. The journeyman who came seemed great at explaining why he was doing what he was to his apprentice. Way to train up another good electrician. I appreciated not being over-charged for materials too.
