These guys really go above and beyond! They restored power and would typically cut the power at the pole when the line is fell by a tree limb to the homeowners meter but these guys took the extra steps re-run the cable making the electricians job that much easier, and less costly. I would highly recommend Groves electrical service Inc!

Groves Electrician Services are in our neighborhood here in Louisville KY. installing new "utility poles". While working adjacent to my property I had one very small situation yesterday and overreacted, I took my frustration out on the crew, and primarily the supervisor for this tiny oversight and even called their office once they didn't seem to be concerned about it.

In retrospect I could have been much more pleasant in my approach, however I ended up talking to one of the nicest ladies I have ever encountered on the phone, even when Groves Electric could have been just as rude as I was, they weren't. Instead they took the high road, corrected it and all is well. I am an old school Navy Seabee and have the utmost respect for how Groves handled, resolved, and followed up on the situation while overlooking my rude behavior.

This clearly demonstrates just how truly professional Groves electricians are. In today's climate companies that are still focused on customer service are a rarity and its nice to know there are still some out there. R Sherer

This is a scrap yard so I don't know why they're asking if it has indoor shopping it's a scrap yard but if you have scrap and you need to drop it off pretty fast friendly and you get that green stuff that you can spend called money

This is an awful place! Please beware of theses greedy people who treat their employees badly. I had to get someone else to come fix what they couldn't. Was very rude to me when I called not to mention what I heard from some of the workers about how they treat them. Sharbers will charge you arm and leg and money goes to family members crooked greeedy people

Doesn't respond to messages from Facebook messenger. Tore up my yard and still waiting for repairs.

Three of your trucks just came through the subdivision. Fire department had closed the street early this morning with caution tape. Wires down accross the road. First truck pulled down caution tape. One worker holds up wires so other boom trucks can go though. Leaves the mess wide open to traffic. I hope no one gets hurt tonight. 3600 block Pineland drive 430pm, March 21. 2018.

Called to order safety equipment and was promised a quote. It's been a week and no email or return call. We have ordered from Groves several times in the past and now the service has dropped off dramatically. We will be seeking another vendor to supply safety equipment from now on. Devi is the contact at Groves that will not call you back, even after calling back to request a response. Very poor service.
