Very satisfied with the work that Ray & Brad did at my home. They installed gooseneck lights, indoor outlets and lights quickly and efficiently as well as an electric wall heater for my new pole barn. They were on time and very efficient with all work done. I also had a Kohler automatic generator installed as well that I am extremely happy with that will fully power my home & barn in the event of a power outage. 5 stars for Webb Electric! Brad and Ray were on time and quick to finish a ton of stuff in my house. They installed a ceiling fan on my front porch and replaced the outlet out there in the cold. They fixed my motion light on the garage so it actually works correctly now and there are a few more things that I'm excited to have them come finish once the ground thaws. I also got a few "extras" as well which was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend them for any electrical issues. When they left there was no evidence of them doing anything - very clean and professional.

We have come across a number of tricky and unusual electrical problems in our 100+ year old house and Brad has been able to resolve all of them. He will not leave until the work is done, and he has made himself available to help the same day when we had an urgent power situation. Most recently, we used Webb Electric to replace and upgrade our panel. Brad and his team are fast, efficient, trustworthy, and they leave the work space clean. We won't use a different electrician in Grand Rapids!

Brad and Ray installed a new electrical panel and portable generator hookup. They were very responsive and came out to provide a quote within a day of my request and I had the actual quote the next morning. He was also able to get out and perform the work the next week, 5 weeks quicker and $800 cheaper than my other quote. I was only out of power 2.5 hours and the new electrical box works/looks great. Brad and Ray use quality materials and were very informative as to what he was doing and why.
He also added a couple of items not initially quoted such as an outlet at the box, light bulb pull and an inbox surge. He coordinated the inspection which lasted about 5 minutes. I intend to use Webb Electric for any future needs.

Ray and Brad are professional and knowledgeable. They serviced my standby generator and helped move more circuits to be managed by the generator in a power outage. They thought of things I did not even know to ask for and did a great job. They left my home neat and straightened. Highly recommend. Brad installed a generator for my older home in the Cascade area. He made several visits to my home as the project required; was always attentive to details, kept the process moving forward, and kindly helped with some issues and questions I had related to the home. He has stayed in close communication to update us and has added peace of mind for me and my husband. I highly recommend!

We were having issues with flickering lights and ended up losing power to half of our house. Brad came out quickly, made recommendations and got us repaired and in much better shape than before! His prices were reasonable and he was very professional and knowledgeable about his line of work. 10/10 would highly recommend for all areas of electrical work!

Ray came to our home to address an electrical issue with our kitchen outlets, which he repaired quickly. While at our home he took time to address some other concerns and upon examining our electrical service and panels, identified things that were not up to code that could be potentially dangerous. Brad and Ray then returned to do the necessary upgrades to our panels. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and left the work area clean. We are most grateful for their work and expertise.
