This company is #1 in sierra vista in my book. they came when they said and then did the job i needed done right away to help me get my business up and running.i had appointments with a few electricians in the city of Sierea vista. 2 came out. never to see those electricans again or get a call. just left me hanging. but not this company.they are so nice and awesome & so professional. i was so impressed with their customer service. i gave a nice tip to both workers. they most definitely deserved it. Cant thank you enough for the help

Critical: Responsiveness We are doing a guesthouse remodel and needed some electrical work done. They came out for a quote and seemed really knowledgeable. It has been a month and we still haven't received a quote from them. I called and left a message, but never got a call back. Disappointed.

Pablo and Zach installed a 240 v outlet for me. They we're extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both had great customer service and gave me a fair and honest price. I highly recommend this company.

Both experinces I've had with SV Eletric have been great! I had to have wiring done for a hot tub and the estimates I recieved from other electricians were based on the wiring being outside of the house, wrapping around one side to the back patio. I wanted it to go through my attic because that was more esthetically pleasing to me. Sierra Vista Electric said they would go through the attic because it would be more cost effective for me. I didn't have to tell them it was what I wanted, they were willing to do it because it would save the customer some money. They are now the first people I call.

Sierra Vista Electric has provided us with prompt, professional, and personable service on more than one occasion. Zach installed LED lights and heater/vents in our kitchen and bathrooms. Happy with the work. Would call on them again without hesitation. Thank you.

Just purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Volt and needed to have an in-home 240vac 40amp Charger installed. Sierra Vista Electric to the rescue! I was very impressed with their friendly, expert service. Knowledgeable, competent and easy to talk to. They LISTENED and knew exactly what to do. An attic inspection discovered an unused 240vac line for a previously installed electric range (now gas) and that saved a bundle!

A simple matter to install a small junction box and run a short cable to an area on my garage wall we agreed to. They installed the charger and did circuit breaker work as well. I was prepared to pay three times what their final bill was. Couldn't ask for better. Buy with confidence! JCH

Can't rave enough about how great they are. Customer service is their top priority. I called around to get an electrician to install the wiring for a SPA. Most other places were extremely expensive, wanted to come in a few weeks or never called back. Spoke with them on the phone, explained what I needed and they were out the next day for an estimate. Received the estimate while he was there. Then the circuit and wiring was installed the next day. Honest, reliable on time. Can't be beat! Highly recommend!

Today we requested for an electrician to come and do an estimate for a 50 amp circuit so that the wife and I could have a Spa installed. The electrician was very rude. We attempted to explain to him how we wanted I position the spa, and where we would like the breaker to be installed so that we were in compliance with the 5 foot minimum distance requirement from the spa.

He cut my wife off and said " I am the electrician here, and whoever told you that is an idiot." These people have lost my business, and aren't even competitive with offers that I have received from electricians elsewhere. Even if this man offered something cheaper, I would still look elsewhere.
