BRDA Electric

I had a decent feeling about the company after reading numerous reviews, I had requested electric service for an installation of an exhaust fan and the repair of two outlets that had went dead. As the electrician began tracing the service he examined every outlet and switch close to the problem outlets, he only did a cursory examination of the exhaust fan portion of the job.

The electrician was thorough, gaining access to the crawl space in the roof, tracking electrical lines all over the house until we ended up at the main panel box. Once there, he claimed there were numerous unsafe conditions within the electrical panel. I asked him NOT to begin any work until there was a full estimate for repairs. The electrician picked up all his tools and submitted a verbal bill for over $400.

The exhaust fan is not installed and neither outlet was repaired. This entire experience seems like a scam, he kept moving further and further away from the problem areas for which he was called and finally tried to get me to agree to what would amount to be an up-charge for re-wiring services I did not want addressed. The next time you want a technician to walk around your house for four hours and NOT fix anything and then pay him $400 for the privilege, call Brad Electric, they're your company.

Half of the power in my house went out I called another electric company 1st they were unable to find the issue and they recommended brda. I spoke with Gary about my concerns and he was able to get Brian out within the next day. Brian was able to find and resolve the issue and under 2 hours when the other company stated it'd take them the entire day to find it. This company is highly trained and highly professional and I would recommend them 100%

Very helpful and quick response time. Needed same day repairs for a malfunctioning smoke detector issue which they were able to fit in and repair quickly and more importantly successfully. Electrician was very nice, thorough and great for explaining the issues at hand with advice.

Brda installed a stove outlet for us. They were so quick! I had reached out to 2 other companies and they never even called back. Brda answered at their office and had me scheduled for a same day installation without any emergency charge! The installer was super friendly and office realky easy to work with. Definately feels like a family business. I will use them again for our electrical needs!

I have several rental properties and I have found that it is very hard to find good electricians at a reasonable price. Not only was BRDA reasonable, but they did a beautiful job and did it all very quickly! Time is money and they did not make me wait for bids, repairs and extra jobs I added on during the process. I will use them again and again. They were also very respectful of my homes and did not make a mess for me to have to come back and clean up later! 5 Star service

Wanted to give a shout out to Frankie at Brda. Not just a really nice guy, but very professional who I could tell cared deeply about giving good and caring service. He put in an outdoor outlet for me as well as replaced an outlet indoors. Being a DYI person in general, I like to know what's going on with my house and Frankie explained everything in detail about the project and answered all my questions.

As well, when there was a particular question that came up Frankie tag teamed with Josh (who came to my house initially to see what was needed) who in turn found the answer and relayed it back to Frankie. This saved perhaps another trip needed in the future and showed just how connected the employees at Brda are to get my job done right. This was the first time using Brda who was recommended by my sister. They're my electricians from now on. Thanks Frankie and Josh!

Service was awesome. I called multiple electricians in the area to come out to fix a dryer outlet and install some exterior lights, 2 different companies no showed their appointments. Speaking for our Church, we are very happy with the services, the price, the product and the people that installed the lighting in our parking lot. It made a Great difference. Very unsafe and rude driver. Likes to tailgate and speed down the highway. When I told him I was going to contact company he flipped me off. I contacted company still no call back. Not a good way to treat a potential customer and gives company a bad reputation.

Brda Electric installed a 22KW generator for us. The installation was really well done, even recognized by the St. Louis County Inspector as a great job, well done. We enjoyed the process, which involved Tim Brda, Gary Clifford and the Installers/Electricians Shawn, aka Gator and Michael. If you call Brda for your next project, please ask for their involvement.
