Was charged extra for a mistake that they made. They were hired to install a receptacle and all they did was remove an existing receptacle in the room and moved it over to the area that needed a new receptacle. Everything was just an awkward experience and took no blame for themselves. I'm going to look for a different electrician for any future projects.

We upgraded to 200amp service. We received a few estimates and Nichol's Electric came in hundreds under others. Lynn was super at getting us scheduled and coordinating WPS. After having a record spring blizzard, they STILL came and got the job done. Eric and Nick worked steady and were a great team. Finished the house in 7hrs. Even one of the companies owners came by to see how the job was going. We look forward to seeing you again in May to run service to the workshop. #NOSNOW # NICHOL'SELECTRIC

Simply the best service for residential electrical work in Manitowoc! I went through half a dozen other electricians in the area and waited for months just for an estimate! Then a friend recommended Nichols and a few short weeks later the work is getting done, and done RIGHT! I absolutely could not be happier! This is the ONLY electrician in Manitowoc in my book!

Just had a basic service call, but could not get anyone to come out. Nichols not only answered their phone but followed up with an appointment time. The technician was friendly and was only here for 10 minutes. I am glad I found them.
