Had a leak on expansion tank. I stopped at Fraisers & spoke with Kyle who was so reassuring & helped me figure out which valve to shut off to stop the leak. Sully was our serviceman. Knowledgeable, professional, polite, took the time to show me other valves & what they turn off & such in case needed in the future. And he gave my three dogs pets & treats. More than pleased with the service, etc.

We Hired Frazier s plumbing and heating to provide an estimate for services to b rendered. our estimate was not detailed enough to provide the exact scope of the project. We have asked for further clarification to enable a " meeting of the minds" for the contract to be enforceable so each party can understand the exact scope of the project. So far, very astute and thorough but needs to b translated into writing to enable agreement to terms

Can't say enough good things about Frasier Plumber, Cody Ottman. 1st job installing a garbage disposal @ our home, I advised him my husband was just 2 weeks out of ICU and was easily agitated and to direct his questions to me. The more Cody worked, the more my husband became agitated. why can't he see Cody working in our kitchen? I gently reminded him, the garbage disposal is under the sink, so Cody works on the floor.

A Few More Inches: Today, Cody returned to install a comfort-height toilet. He was so kind to my husband, reintroducing himself and asking how he was doing. The removal of the short toiley and installation of the comfort-height toilet was flawless. Our old toilet was 15", which posed a fall hazard for my husband. At first, we were reticent about a 15" to 18" toilet.

Since Cody's installation, those 3" have made all the difference! Cody even asked me about his garbage disposal install 3 weeks ago. My answer: Perfect, no leaks, no problems! Apart from Cody's professionalism, he really cares about his presence in your house.

Great service with knowledgeable tech. They sent a picture of service rep so knew who to expect and when they were on the way to our home. Love that courtesy. Would highly recommend them for any furnace issue.

I liked Joe. However, after thinking about our contact, Joe should have checked my breaker box since he had found that the boiler had no power. The.breaker box, however, was not checked until about 3 hours later. When I turned on the switch the boiler worked fine. I found the price I paid for this visit was excessive and not reflective of any significant work that was done. The breaker switch simply needed to be turned on! Respectfully, Ray Droby

We live three hours away and noticed the heat was very low in the house. We had my dad drive up to check on the place and that is when he found the water heater had sprung a leak. Not only did Fraiser's staff respond immediately to our call for help, but the technicians were friendly, kind and willing to go the extra mile to help us out. They helped remove the wet/soggy carpet, helped move appliances to allow for drying, and made sure the new water heater was on shims so everything could dry out properly. I would highly recommend them, they are professional, responsive and just a great group of people. Knowing this company is nearby, brings great peace of mind to our family!

Sully repaired the humidifier on the furnace which wasn't installed correctly when the furnace was installed. The man knows his stuff. Couldn't be happier.

Shauws team informed me of his arrival time and notified me of a prior cancellation so he was able to come earlier than scheduled. They had great communication prior to coming. He was friendly and courteous with the professional Knowledge of what he was coming to look at. He explained in detail the problems that he found and the Fraser's team gave several options. Shawn certainly knowledgeable in his field and quickly gained my trust. I felt like his inspection was thorough and very well-documented.

Mitch was very professional and did his job very proficient. He was very dedicated to his work and made sure there were no leaks and all worked effectively. He installed a new AC and I was at the utmost impressed. Gene came out and inspected previous work done in my home and was very helpful in resolving all issues and working with me. He was very remarkable to reach out to a customer on concerns and so dedicated to make sure I was happy with the ending results. I am waiting for some minor fixes to get redone but appreciated all that he did.
