Almost hit my friend on his motorcycle and cussed them out in a company truck. You represent your company even when you're not working clown. Oh then he followed us to a parking lot to threaten us. Nice. I wish I could get this dude's name so he could get fired.

I highly recommend hiring McBride Lighting & Electrical. I hired them for a panel upgrade and to inspect and upgrade all recepticals to comply with modern code. The electricians arrived at my home on time each day and worked tirelessly until sundown to make sure the job was done. Scott, Chris, and Parker were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer every question I had. Very respectful and professional.

McBride replaced my Electrical panel. After meeting with other Electricians, I felt that McBride was the best choice based on the expertise/ability to explain the work to be completed. Justin was the technician performing the work, he was very professional and did everything to assure my downtime was minimal. The process was made hassle free and done with high standards. I highly recommend this company for Electrical needs.

Not often enough do we follow up with a compliment to someone who is very kind, so I will. Justin came to our home to do work on light fixtures. he managed to do to them exactly as we wanted. I asked him if he had time to do a few more things if he had time. He checked with the office for time and did the extra things for us. I just wanted to say that Justin was very kind, took his time-not in such a rush and very pleasant to have in our home. When all was finished he moved things back in place, cleaned up what he did and was on his way. I think you have a very good employee there and just wanted you to know.

We hired McBride for some garage and exterior lighting. Brett was very patient as we emailed back and forth about different options and was also very accommodating when we wanted to try different configurations. We were trying to strike a balance between enough lighting for what we wanted but not too much to annoy the neighbors, so we were trying some different things. Justin was the tech that did the work and did a great job. We are very happy with how everything ended up.

Palmer came in, fixed what we asked, consulted on a couple other issues and fixed one in minutes. We'd have him (them) back in a minute. No need to look further.

We've had several electrical items that needed to be addressed during renovations, basement flooding, upgrades, etc. McBride sent Mitch and Dayne out and they were awesome! They were friendly, efficient and informative. They made sure to clean up the areas they were working in and answer any questions we had. And the two ladies in the office, Chloe and Alisha, are fantastic!

They've always been a huge help every time we've called for service. They coordinated all the scheduling and provided all the answers to pricing and invoice questions. We highly recommend McBride Lighting & Electrical to any anybody that is in need of services.

Very grateful to have found McBride. As a new homeowner, funds were limited but I needed to perform some necessary repairs/upgrades to my lighting and exterior outlets. I understand good electricians don't come cheap and while I was not able to accomplish everything I hoped for, McBride was able to perform the necessary repairs in a timely fashion and extremely professional manner.

They went above and beyond when they spent time to educate me on what to expect in the future for other projects I'd like to tackle and recommended some products I should consider. Would recommend them for any project you might have. I'll be calling again when I'm ready!

I'm a service manager for an apt. complex in Colorado Springs. I've had an issue getting any local contractor to come out and run a new thermostat wire for a 3rd floor apt. McBride had no issue coming down from Denver to take care of my issue. I've heard a lot of good things about McBride and so far that is the case. They have returned all my calls and really seem to know what they are taking about.

I will be calling them for all my electrical issues. I've been in the construction industry for a very long time, seeing both sides of the industry. Management and the field side. These guys are "Top shelf"!

Can't say enough about McBride Lighting & Electrical Service. They are always prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Just had Mitch out yesterday to fix a ballast and he just proved, yet again, why I will ALWAYS defer to McBride for any/all electrical needs. Thanks McBride!

Recently I had purchased my first home and was ecstatic but there were a few problems. There were tons of electrical problems from the "handy man" who had worked on the house previously and the lighting was severely out dated. A friend who previously used McBride recommended me to them and what a great recommendation! I loved the family feel that McBride represents and everyone from the office manager to the electricians made me feel like part of the family. In the end my house is now glowing and all the faulty electrical work was professionally fixed. Thanks McBride I will recommend you when I get the opportunity!

In response to Jared who I never talked to before, that was all a bunch of lies and a joke. Two guys were sent out, spent about 30 mins replacing a few lightbulbs that we provided and put a few timers in and charged over $400 without getting the main job done that we needed! No one even got back to us and when I called to see if our lights had been ordered they had not been and the manager became extremely rude and said he could care less about getting a bad review.

We called another company and got the job done right away. Don't worry we will NEVER use your company again and we are warning others of your unethical business practices and how bad you treat your customers.

You are a liar. Your entire statement is false. 4 out of 5 reviews are a 1 star with the same issue. you're upset I gave you a bad review and are being petty.

I can't say more positive things about McBride Lighting and the employees working there. I had some lighting work done inside and out of my home and they did a wonderful job. The fixtures were old and it was dark and gloomy inside, but having them switched out to LED I can finally see and don't feel like I'm living in a black hole. During the install, Dayne was respectful, courteous and kind and certainly knew what he was doing.

The manager, Jared, was helpful in answering all of my question and was priced very reasonably. Their work looks great and I'm so happy I chose McBride Lighting to give my home a facelift!

Good afternoon, My name is Giovanni and I am the owner of a unique Mobile Scrap Metal Service. No longer do you have to drive to the Scrap Yard. I've built scales into the floor of my box trucks. This allows our customers to get weighed and paid at their job site, base shop or even personal residence. There is no charge for the service and my rates are extremely competitive. They showed up when they said they would. And even made an appointment for me on very short notice. So that was very nice. With that said - that is about the extent of the good they did. The electrician moved 2 light switches for us, less than 4 feet away. Sounds simple enough, for a licensed electrician, right? Apparently not. I had to call them back to come out again today to fix the fact that the light switches were not working. Had to take another hour and a half out of my day to go back and meet the electrician again.

In the meantime, my contractors that were working on the drywall had to stop what they were doing.again.and stand around and wait for an hour while the electrician fixed what he messed up yesterday. They charge around $75 per hour (plus a trip charge) - and they bill you $75 per hour for the 15 minutes they are sitting in their van talking on the phone, and writing up your bill.

It cost over $250, just to move 2 light switches less than 4 feet away. That is excessive, in my opinion. So, I called the manager to complain, and was offered $50 compensation.for the 1.5 hours of work that I missed from work going home to meet the electrician again, and the hour my contractors wasted standing around waiting for the electrician to fix what he screwed up yesterday.

If you use McBridge's $75 per hour rule, then the 2.5 hours wasted by me and the contractor, we should have been reimbursed $187.50. Unless you have nothing better to do with your life then sit around while McBridge fixes their errors, I would look for a different electrical service to use.

We chose McBride to hook up our sauna heater because of their 60 years experience, and their ability to get us on schedule quickly. The work was professionally done and the manager accommodated us on additional requests.

Do not consider using this company for any reason! They are dishonest. After questioning them about my invoice I was told all the charges were standard industry charges. I called 6 other local electricians and not one charged what McBride charges for. They all have slightly different rates and some are flat fees and some are time and parts but none charge to have the electrician come to the job, go to the hardware store twice, take a 45 minute lunch, not complete the work completely, and then write up the invoice.

All while the electrician just kept talking and talking. He actually only worked for 2 hours but I was charged 4.75 hours of labor (4 on-site labor hours and 3/4 hr for traveling to the job which is in town and was not a special trip). McBride charged me $88/hr to do all of these things for a simple and routine hot tub install. I confirmed with the other companies that a hot tub install based on my situation of not needing to do any panel upgrade and only needing 20' of line max is a job in the low hundreds. McBride charged me $1,081 after telling me on the phone and at my house before starting work that the job would be $500.

After calling to complain the person I spoke with was rude and argumentative and actually made verbal threats to me. If you need an electrician you would be better served with literally anyone else besides McBride.
