Check to see that cords are not overloaded. Additionally, extension cords should only be used on a temporary basis; they are not intended as permanent household wiring. Make sure extension cords have safety closures to help prevent young children from shock hazards and mouth burn injuries. Make sure your plugs fit your outlets.

I called to request an estimate for repairs. I left details of the items to be repaired via the company's Contact Us form on their website. When I hadn't heard from the company, I called the next day to ask if my request had been received. The woman who answered replied that her husband may have received it and to call back after 3:00 PM.
When I followed up later that afternoon, the owner curtly told me "we'll get back to you." Two weeks later, he has not. I want others to be aware of this experience, since on the company's website states "We pride ourselves on delivering. Exceptional Customer Service." Failing to return calls is not delivering on that promise.
