Jonathan and his team were amazing. They were able to get us in Thursday morning before Hurricane Dorian to wire our house for our generator. They didn't have the interlock device yet and deferred us paying them until they come back to finish the installation. The fact that they came the day the hurricane was coming was amazing. Jonathan made us feel like he would take care of us as best he could no matter what.

Just spoke to a gentleman over the phone. I was trying to get an estimate and he gave me not only a verbal estimate but advice with an explanation of what I was dealing with. He took the time for me to understand like I was his wife, daughter. I did not get his name but his time and patience with me on the phone is almost impossible to find in today's world. Disappeared mid-job. Left a mess of nails and screws on the floor and boxes of waste, broke my chandelier, 5 fixtures that previously worked no longer do. Infrequent communication, does not reply when they say they will. The job was expected to take 2-3 days and it has been 14.
