It is said that first impressions last a lifetime and I must say that my impression of Encore Electric is awesome. First I noted that Elliott arrived 25 minutes early for the designated time. Not only was he early yet he welcomed all my questions during the diagnostic portion of the service call, as well as the repairs themselves. Once the problem was noted he promptly started repair of all electrical outlets that weren't functioning.
The work was done within the designated time frame and for the price quoted. I was not just happy with the work ethic shown but felt like a more informed customer due to his explanations of circuits and wires. I'm confident that in the future Encore is the only company I will be calling for all my electrical needs within a home. Thanks again Elliott and continue the awesome work!
