Wallace was assigned my work order through American Home Shield. I was charged my service fee when he came out to assess the issue. He said that he needed to submit information to get the work approved. He called me a few days later and said it was approved and then the problems started. He missed dates and times that he committed to work on my project and then a month after his initial visit and weeks of him giving me the run-around, he said that he didn't have time for my job and that I'd need to find someone else.
It was the common contractor issue where they try to juggle too many jobs and string people along without scheduling work like a true professional would do. I don't recommend him due to this reliability issue and delaying the repair of my electrical issue for a whole month.
