Its so hard to find someone to take your call. I am calling at their office number and no one is available to take call. I am calling since 8 AM and its 11 AM now. Selected all options on their automated teller system but no one is there. I mean. need someone to fix the electric work that your team did in my new constructed house. I am not an expert but short-circuit sounds is very annoying. it can be a fire hazard and need immediate help.

Great experience with Scott and KEP Electric! It was a rainy day when he came to fix our breaker issue and he was thoughtful enough to bring a change of shoes to wear inside the house and even brought the wet newspaper laying in our driveway to the door. He certainly didn't need to either, but that's what great customer service and being a genuinely good/thoughtful person is about! Night and day from the appliance provider who came out to address the same issue.
