Founded in 1991 by David M. Hinckley and Timothy J. O'Toole, DMH Electric, Inc, started in a small warehouse in Clinton MA. Rapidly expanding into a full-service electrical contractor, we moved to our current location in Sterling, MA. Today we have grown into a well-respected company with a team of over 60 dedicated employees, who have a vested interest and are highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work. We are committed to providing exceptional service as well as creating an engaging work environment.

I scoured the internet for electricians. I contacted a dozen. I had some real struggles finding a company that would listen and really take the time to understand our needs. I finally called DMH and David himself came to do a walkthrough; free estimate and we were shocked to find out that some other companies really basically lied to us. David really respected our home and complimented it along the way.
He took his shoes off without us asking and wore a mask the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We signed a contract shortly after. His team were so respectful of my super clean and beautiful home and they did an amazing job. I can now run air conditioners and vacuum from anyplace in the house. I just paid the bill on their site and I was happy to hit that submit button. We will absolutely contract DMH for any and all electrical services we need or want in the future. Our home is safe.

Asked DMH do a small job of adding one electrical outlet in a garage and one outlet in a bathroom years ago. They sent an apprentice who only did the garage portion and left a mess. Nobody ever followed up and I never received a bill - I figured it was because they never finished the job. Evidently, they had been sending the bill for the job to the wrong address.
They had my phone number all along but finally sent me an email alerting me to the situation and the bill was promptly paid despite the fact that the bill was incredibly high - $350 for one outlet?!? Flash forward to many years later and needed someone to take a look at an issue I was having with a short circuit in the house. I'm stupidly loyal, like to support local businesses, and believe in second chances so I ask them to come out and was told there would be someone by the following morning.
Nobody shows so I call again and was told that "because of a problem getting paid in the past they wouldn't be sending someone". There are plenty of other electricians in the area who do good work, don't play games or put stupid billing errors ahead of peoples safety - use one of those instead.
