As always, they get the job done and to code. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are our go to "electrician".

Awesome experience. Dan was the electrician that showed up. Super friendly and willing to explain. Fixed the problem in a few minutes.

The technician was very knowledgeable, and came on short notice. He answered all my questions and was able to quickly access the problem and had it fixed in under two hours. I was looking for a good electrician for a while and was very happy I chose Roselle electric. I will definitely be returning here for any future electrical repairs. Highly recommend!

The guys from RES did an awesome job. They were able to add in several ceiling fans in rooms that did not have and wiring for ceiling fixtures as well as we all configure the fusebox connections to split out and balance the load more in a townhouse that was built before modern electrical needs which were stressing the current fuses. Very clean and friendly staff, clear about all plans, findings and recommendations to complete the requested items. Definitely will be reaching out to them again in the future if additional work is needed! Pricing was very reasonable for the work completed!

Needed a quick inspection for 11. When I called 30 minutes later to reconfirm at 10:45 the customer service representative said yes. Between 11:45 and 12:45. Here we go. I told them their time was wrong and asked for the technicians #.but he called me at 1 and said he will be late. Yeah.ok.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Roselle Electric The guys installed a chandelier, sconces and pendent lights. It was impressive how they were able to minimize the areas of cutting into the drywall in order to do this installation. We highly recommend this company and are happy to give them 5 stars. Good job. Not super cheap price but reasonable (trust me - for electrical you don't want the cheapest). Were willing to work with permit and inspection (always a good sign). Good communication on Phone and Email. Lead time was a couple weeks but no big deal. They are busy like the rest of us :-) Came back once to fix a couple things and do a couple add-on GFCI outlets outside and in garage.

Really no problems at all. The electrician Jose was fast and thorough and patient with my questions. Would definately recommend and use again (I have plenty more items on my to-do list). Thanks!

We are remodeling our kitchen, Dan was called several times, and came by to answer our questions, customer service went above and beyond our expectations, Tori office manager did an outstanding job as well. I will be recommending Roselle Electric to anyone who needs an Electrician. I had a light fixture that I was switching out that was 18 feet high. Two guys came over for this installation and another light fixture in a different room Who has money to throw out the window? I don't. I will be hiring Roselle Electric in the future because I want a quality job done without being ripped off. I have used over companies in the past, that spent less time and charge a ridiculous amount more, not again.

Lady on the phone was great to try to solve issue over the phone but also mentioned they can squeeze me in next day. Price was competitive so I went with them. Gentleman doing that work knew what he was doing and didn't waste time. As most of you know these are built by the hour( first hour full charge, next hour are billed with 15 min increments). He was able to get the light back up in our small bathroom which was related to a wire getting lose in our attic. Overall happy and will use again

Absolutely the best contractor we've ever used. Not only are we always happy with the electrical work but they clean up so well, you would have no idea they were there. Where other companies told us we'd have drywall repairs to do, Roselle found ways around that. We love them.

I've never had such a poor experience with a contractor before. While their staff (Tori and Dan) was friendly, and completed the work that was agreed to, when I had a concern regarding what I was billed for versus what was agreed to in setting up the appointment, I was met with nothing but hostility and aggression from the owner - Tim. I explained I had every intention of paying; I just wanted to better understand why my bill was more than anticipated, and wanted to better understand the rationale for the invoice that I received.

During my conversation with the owner I was yelled at, belittled, and told I had no idea what I was talking about. Overall, I'm just dumbfounded at the way in which he handled my inquiry - it was the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had with a business. Really unfortunate that it ended this way.

Recently had a light fixture installed by Roselle Electric and couldn't be more pleased. They were nothing but professional from start to finish. The person I spoke with to schedule the appointment was pleasant and very knowledgeable. The electrician arrived on time, finished within an hour, and the price was exactly what we were quoted, which was very reasonable. Highly recommend and will be using them again for future projects.

Tim and the team at Roselle Electric are phenomenal. I had an electrical fire which caused damage to my meter. The board also needed to be replaced. They came on a holiday weekend and on short notice and fixed everything. Tim also followed up with me several times after the work was done to make sure ComEd came back to reconnect my line. Thank you Dave and Jacob of Roselle Electric. You two made simple work of running power to and installing my security camera above my garage plus two gfcis in my baths all for a very fair price. Extremely grateful for the house saving service! During the storm a tree had fallen onto wires from pole to house. Wires connected with a small explosion, fire, sparks and lots of smoke. The damage left the downed live hot wires and the neutral within inches of each other and within a foot of the house. Fire department called it dangerous. Roselle Electric came out as soon as it stopped raining.

They too confirmed it was a dangerous situation if those wires again connected. ComEd ticket was opened but by the next morning no response. But Roselle Electric came without even calling to follow up and after careful inspection decided to cut power lines to eliminate fire hazard. They quickly replaced the melted outside electrical housing and wiring and and the meter housing which had also melted. When ComEd finally did arrive, My house was ready for power to be restored! Thank you so very much!

Had a small job hanging a light in a tall foyer, and Roselle electric handled it quickly and efficiently. Torrie scheduled it for the next day after submitting the quote, and gave me a call to let me know when they were on their way. Our electrician Jacob was pleasant and very skilled, taking care of the job in under an hour. And their quote was the best out of 5 bids. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service! Installation of 2 fans with electrical boxes and new dimmer switches. Done in 2.5 hrs! Appointment time was 8am. Showed up at 7:59am. Friendly. Kept and left the work area super clean. Great with pets. Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends & family.

I had an "unusual" problem with my living room ceiling fan. The office personnel were very patient and connected me with Dan to talk about the problem. It turned out that, in the past, he had seen the type of issue I had. Dan made sure to come out with the proper equipment and arrived on time with Jacob. My first experience with Roselle Electric was installation of a garage door opener, my second experience, about 18 months after my first, was installation of a remote switch to control my attic fan. Dan did an excellent job: arrived at scheduled time, discussed several possible solutions, worked quickly and efficiently to install new switch, and offered suggestions for improved lighting in our basement area. Called Roselle Electric because the exterior lights and outlet were not working and my door bell was non-existent. Jacob came out for the repair, and He was AMAZING! Awesome professionalism and work ethic. And he was extremely knowledgeable about the work explaining every detail to me before the start. He was focused and promptly finished the work and now everything is tip top! I joked that he is giving millennials a good name.

They provided good communication about when they were going to arrive and then arrived on time. The tech completed the job (installing new bathroom fan and new closet light) quickly and clearly explained when he needed to do something extra because of how things were laid out or initially installed. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. The price seemed very fair for the work performed. Would definitely want to use them again for any future jobs.

Defensiveness, Rudeness, Short Tempered, Refused to admit their errors. All about the immediate pay check and not the repeat healthy relationship with clients in future. Office personnel was very pleasant unfortunately the contractors would not be scoring high for customer relations. What a shame

So glad I found these guys. They helped us so much when we moved into our new home from installing can lights and ensuring I was happy with the bulbs, changing out old outlets and light switches, hooking up an attic fan, installing ceiling fans in all our upstair bedrooms which included drilling holes into the ceilings from the attic and hooking them up to light switches, not a small job. The guys are always so sincere and friendly, they make you feel taken care of. We will use them for any future needs we have and definitely recommend them.

Tim and Dan did the work. They replaced the bad wires that went thru the slab of my townhouse. They did a great job, reconnected the electricity, and the price was very reasonable. The customer service was first class. They are true professionals and care about their customers. I will recommend Roselle Electric to all my friends.

We hired Roselle Electric to install fixtures, make a few new conduit and wiring runs, install updated wiring in our circuit breaker box at our house and were 100% pleased with the service and quality of work. Both guys were very careful with the furniture and even vacuumed up the drywall pieces and dust when they were done. All in all great work and would definitely hire them again.

Excellent, skillful service. I highly recommend. We had a problem with our undercabinet lighting in our kitchen. A quick phone call led to an appointment in less than 12 hours. Needed an old ceiling fan taken down and a new one installed in my master bedroom. Called Roselle Electrical and setup an appointment for a few days later. While they couldn't give me an exact arrival time during the setup, they made sure to call me about 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was very knowledgeable, personable and just an overall nice guy.

He made sure all the connections were safe, installed a new outlet in my attic and was done in about an hour. They do take credit cards for a small fee. I'd call them again in a heartbeat.
