Babb's is extremely professional and efficient, also incredibly reliable and reasonably priced. This is a first class operation from top to bottom; Cindy, Sandy, and our technician Jerry were all outstanding. We will continue to use their service in the future and highly recommend this company.

WARNING: I advise no one to let this guy in your house. He cannot be trusted. Your personal business will no longer be personal. His unprofessional conduct has caused my family additional and aggravated hardship through the already grievous process of losing a loved one. Beware. Call anyone but him!

Very good experience working with Baabs. Jerry and Gabe are nice people and very easy to work with.they've been very busy due to the ice storms and winter freezes but did their best to support. We had some shower issues and faucet freeze issues. Sandy and Cindy in the office also do their best in supporting customers. Overall, communication was good, root cause of issues was good and problems were resolved. Well done!

Sad I called to ask them if guy could remove his boots or put booties on. Cindy spoke very rude to me saying why didn't u tell him instead of calling me. First it's raining out side second u r walking across carpet on ppls floors third it's just proper to treat another persons home respectful. U did not have to be rude nor nasty to me. I only asked because 2 little baby's are there.

I can't say anything about the service. Cindy (the secretary/scheduler?) didn't respond to the dispatch from my home warranty company (supposed to within 24 hours) so on the second day I set it up myself. Then nearly a week after the dispatch she called me to set it up. I had to explain that I already had. When the day finally arrived for my appointment, she called me to reschedule because the plumber had scheduled himself somewhere else. Maybe the challenge of getting time off of work to be home for the appointment isnt something they consider when dealing with customers.

The service workers are not only unprofessional In appearance, and attitude (they showed up in muddy clothes for the first stop 8:30 Monday morning and had an attitude when I asked them to either put booties on or remove their mud caked boots before coming into my home) but alarmingly left my home failing to plug my sump pump back in after installing a radon mitigation set up.

My basement is finished with carpeting, a fitness room with large equipment and a large oak book case. This could have been a big time insurance claim. Thankfully I had installed a battery backup pump system with activated and sent off an alarm that the main pump was "disengaged". This should never have happened.

So thankful for you guys! Todd came out today over my lunch break to fix our broken AC, and it took him no time to figure it out! He also took the time to actually show me what was wrong, and explain what needed to be done. My house is now cold again! We have a home warranty, and they had sent out another company here in town that was HORRIBLE! Came to our house 3x, missed 1 appointment, and we kept having AC issues.

Also talked to me like I was stupid, and wouldn't listen to our AC issues. Babb's was completely different! So very happy, and will have you guys saved in our phones for the next time our house needs some work. Thanks again, and stay cool!
