First let me start off by saying the actual electricians are great. They know what they are doing and do a fine job, the Management and office people who YOU are going to deal with are horrible. No communication, you call and call, no return calls. Girls in the office cop an attitude when you express your disgust as to how they respond to their customers. I'm having an electrical up grade to my house, and a small shop being wired. 6 months have lapsed and still not completed.

I haven't heard back from them in over a month after 4 phone calls was going to open bidding for another company to finish up the job? What else would a customer expect to do? Today Ocean electric just rolled up to my house to put a "guy wire" on a pole installed 3 months ago? PSE&G have shown up to the house looking to connect me 3 x with truck crews. Walking away shaking their head. Asking Me to have Ocean electric call them!

I told them, they won't even call me! I'd look for another Company on Long Island to do anything of significance. Communication is key when having a job done and this company lacks it. Your never too big to treat your customers right Ocean.

Very professional and reliable company. Strongly recommended their service! Few days ago they installed Tesla wall charging port at my house. Best outfit on the East End. From major jobs to minor service calls, can't be beat. Very large team of experienced and talented mechanics. I use new construction contacts often and Chris Friscia is the manager. He's very accommodating and thorough. It's good to know and be able to rely on people that are problem solvers. The company responded almost immediately to my inquiry. The president of the company came out to my home the next day to assess the scope of the job and I had an e-mailed firm quote the next day, As soon as the required part arrived, they scheduled an appointment for installation. Their serviceman showed up on time and did a perfect job I was totally pleased with their work.

There are lots of electricians in the Hamptons but Ocean Electric has gravitas and depth. They are responsive and solve problems quickly. Not the cheapest but the best of the larger firms.

Super customer service, extremely helpful and friendly. They worked with me to have the manufacture reimburse me for labor associated with a repair outside of the warranty period. I highly recommend Ocean Electric.

Really good company. They show up on time, do grest work and explain what they are doing and why. I wouldn't call them a low cost provider but cut costs with your landscaper. not your electrician. In short grest work at a reasonable price.
