With 35 years of experience, Mr. Charles Lichti, formerly employed in the engineering department at New York Hospital, founded Duro Electrical Contracting Corp. over twenty years ago with his advanced knowledge of electrical planning and implementation of large-scale construction projects and design lighting.

We worked with Jason and team to install a generator and add electric to our she sheds and I cannot say enough good things about them. Jason and his team are consummate professionals. They showed up when they said they would, took time to discuss our plans and provide options to consider, gave clear, fair pricing and then did an impeccable job. My general contractor even commented that he has never seen wiring done so well before. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience working with Jason and team. We are looking forward to working with Duro on our next home remodel projects.

We had a great experience with Duro Electrical Contracting. We asked for a multitude of tasks to be completed and the representatives were all thorough and very helpful throughout the entire process. The electricians themselves were very professional, friendly and cleaned up after finishing the work. We would recommend them for electrical work in the area and will definitely have them service any future projects for us.

Great experience from start to finish with Duro. Friendly, informative and responsive office staff. Jason came by to assess the work and provide an estimate - Duro was very competitive and had a better reputation than other suppliers that estimated the work. They were also recommended by neighbors on the Nextdoor app. Team arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work which included furnishing and installing the 50amp wiring for a portable generator as well as running new thermostat lines from both the attic and furnace room. Work was cleanly installed and area was swept clean upon departure. I highly recommend the Duro team!

What a great experience. I called them on a recommendation from my management company and they were right on target. Gian, my service person was on time, professional, respectful of Covid-19 by wearing a mask, gloves and booties and explained everything to me in detail. I used Duro for a couple of repairs in home over the past year as they were referred to me by a retiring electrician who I had used for years. Due to their excellent work, professionalism and timely response I just used them for a home theatre installation. Again they were outstanding. I feel more comfortable knowing that wiring for my tv and sound system has been done by a licensed electrician as I know that it has been done safely. The team, by the way, took all of the appropriate COVID precautions. Highly recommended!

These folks are great. Extremely responsive, rates are better than most in Westchester county. 24 hour service as well for emergencies.
