I needed to upgrade to a 200 amp service and get a new electrical panel in order to accommodate other home projects. They did a great job getting it scheduled with short notice Keith and Paul did a great job installing everything and were very helpful in answering all my questions. A nasty storm rolled through the other day and blew three circuit breakers and a few GFCI outlets. The refrigerator and a chest freezer were without power. New London Electric had someone out in a timely fashion, even working around my rapidly-changing schedule. Their office personnel and their electricians were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. The replacement parts were priced fairly (exactly what I would have paid at a hardware store). I highly recommend their services.

Keith and Matt were here most of the day to install recessed lighting, an overhead fan and to troubleshoot a switch for the garage. They were super knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We are really happy with the work and will use them again. Also a bonus: they were able to install the recessed lighting with virtually no damage to the drywall. Very reasonably priced as well.

We were so impressed with the care and quality that Paul and Matt showed when hanging our new light fixture, inspecting our wiring and fixing a few three way switches. The light they hung had eight glass mason jar-like pendulums hanging from the ceiling of a two story entryway. I never even heard the glass so much as clink during the installation!
The multi-pendulum light did not include instructions and Paul went the extra mile of looking it up on the manufacturer's website to make sure he hung the different size globes in the right order. Their professionalism and skill was outstanding. We'd recommend New London to anyone looking for a quality job at a fair price.

Paul did an excellent job installing a 240V outlet in my garage. He arrived on time and worked very quickly. The outlet is exactly where I wanted it and the work area was left perfectly clean. I am also happy that New London was able to fit my small job in quickly, a little less than two weeks from my initial contact to completion.

New London Electric was phenomenal. TJ specifically. He really went above and beyond getting our wall oven installed. Naturally the existing cut out was not tall enough to accept the appliance. He took the time to measure and cut the trim so that it would fit. Not all electricians would do this. I really appreciate his willingness to get the job done. Super friendly and professional as well. 5 stars all day. Thanks fellas!
