Tom was hired to install our living room ceiling fan, and he did a tremendous job! From when I first met him for the estimate through completion of the project, Tom was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived five minutes before our scheduled start time and worked diligently until the project was completed. During the installation of the fan, Tom was kind enough to answer my amateur questions regarding the process (and other ideas I had for future home projects). Tom found the best way to be able to place the fan where we wanted it without having to create too many access points (less clean up for me later!), and then completed the rest of the job flawlessly.
Overall - the job was completed quickly, the price remained true to the estimate (which was nicely priced too!) and all the while Tom was very friendly and helpful. TL;DR - Tom at B+B Services did a tremendous job while being affordable, courteous, professional and extremely helpful.

We had Tom come for quick procedure to hang our dining room and bedroom chandeliers. From our first point of contact, we could tell that Tom was both professional and knowledgeable. He was also very personable and happy to answer any questions we had. We look forward to hiring for future electrical needs.

When we planned to renovate our kitchen in our 100+ year old house, we knew there was plenty of knob and tube wiring that needed to be replaced, both in the kitchen and throughout the house, due to it being exposed during the renovation. Tom didn't flinch at the potential complications such an old home holds, but instead explained his approach throroughly.
He worked well with all of the borough-required inspections and even did the scheduling for us with the electical inspectors. If there were any questions as to what would pass code, he called the inspectors before just assuming what was right. He provided great input on layout of new lighting and outlets, and answered any questions we had quickly and again, thoroughly. Most of our house is now rewired, thanks to Tom. I would use him again for any job, big or small.
