There isn't a 4.9 star review. I would say initially it was difficult to get a hold of them. I would recommend being patient. When you do get a hold of them. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers! I can definitely stand behind their work. They do a phenomenal job.

Excellent experience. Tim made the whole experience very comfortable. We had pot lights put in. Despite some unforeseen issues with joists barring preferred placement of some of the potlights --- Tim and his sons Remained patient and kept a very professional demeanor. Would highly recommend his company's services. Will be hiring again in the near future.

Two gentlemen from this company saw me struggling to get my car out of the mud on the side of the road. They both pulled over and pushed me out without any hesitation to the conditions they had to step in to. They showed unconditonal compassion and care. I truly appreciate it. I do not have any experience with their electrical service. But I have seen how much they care about their fellow man. Thanks guys! Me and my fiance appreciate it!

Asked for an estimate to upgrade my panel box 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received any word. They set it up for a Friday afternoon to come look, didn't show up. Then I went home on my lunch break the following Monday and someone was sitting in my driveway. Didn't like that they showed up unannounced or to even call and let me know they were coming out.

He started off by saying "are you the owner". Didn't even properly introduce himself. When I asked the guy what he was here for, with the thought they already been out, he just said "I was suppose to stop by Friday night on my way home but I forgot." As a contractor myself, I was expecting better customer service. Could've racked up more business opportunity for them. Still waiting on my estimate, but at this point you can keep it!
