We recently replaced the pool/spa heater that was damaged during the winter storm of 2021 and had Daniel Electric come out to do the electrical work since we had used them previously on another project. They did the job and we thought all was well then we started noticing the spa pump circuit would trip after it was scheduled to turn on. We contacted Daniel Electric and they came out a few days later only to tell us nothing was wrong even though we still have the issue, charged us $175 for the service call, and recommended we call a "pool guy" to come have a look. Needless to say we are very disappointed that we were charged an additional $175 for them to tell us to contact a pool guy, who told us to contact an electrician. Yes, we still have the issue.

Christian and Garrett were on time to our scheduled appointment. When they arrived they did a thorough walk through with my wife and I about what we were wanting and gave us a detailed explanation of what the work would entail and our different options. They were extremely patient with us as we kept adding on some additional things we wanted them to check out.

They replaced an entry way light, dining room light fixture, added four can lights to our breakfast area, tightened up my electrical panel, and added three outlets in my garage all in one day. I'm usually a skeptic when it comes to appointments that don't give you a quote before they arrive, but I'm happy to say that I am extremely satisfied with the price I paid for the quality of work and professionalism that Christian and Garrett provided. Will definitely be using Daniel Electric again.

I just want to give a big shout out to Daniel Electric and recognize Christian and his helper. This was our first time using them and will now always use them for any of our electrical needs. We had a new microwave and ceiling can lights installed. The entire process was simple and easy from the initial call to schedule an appointment to the day of notification as to when to expect them. Christian was polite, efficient and represented his company very well.

I have used this company for more than 10 years and they never disappoint! The staff they send are always knowledgeable and respectful. They are always on time and charge what they promise. Can't recommend these guys enough. Jerry came out to give an estimate in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and comments while he was on-site. After I gave the go-ahead, their electricians came out the next week after they'd gotten the parts and were super efficient, time-wise. They did solid work and didn't try to up-charge from their quoted amount which is a HUGE plus in my book.

Nothing worse than the "Well we had to do more than anticipated, so here's a bill for 2X what we quoted" after the work is complete. Daniel Electric didn't even hint at this scummy behavior and will get my recommendation to anyone looking for an electrician in the DFW area.

Daniel Electric has been providing outstanding service at our home for many years. Jason and Steven do excellent work and are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I can always count on receiving on-time service at fair prices and being totally comfortable knowing that the job will always be done right. By far the best electrical contractor around!

We needed some electrical work done at the office: New outlet Some new wiring done in order for a power supply to be provided to said outlet. Eli came by and made this experience a breeze! He was SO friendly, and so knowledgeable! He knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get an outlet exactly where one was needed, and was well-versed enough to do so on the fly (there was an unexpected re-wiring that had to be done in order to supply power to the new spot).

We've used Daniel Electric twice for random repairs and minor upgrades; highly satisfied both times. Fast and responsive scheduling, even though it was only a few hundred dollars' worth of work. Stephen and Cody, our electricians today, did a great job--neat and professional-looking work, courteous, and careful with finishes around where they worked. 12/10, would hire again.

Christian did an AMAZING job at our house. We had a handful of projects for him and he knocked them out of the park! He mounted a TV above our stone fireplace (VERY hard work) and it turned out even better than I imagined. He was such a nice guy, my wife and I really enjoyed chatting with him.

Cameron and Layne showed up on time. So appreciated that. We went over what the job would entail and they got work to work. They were quick and they cleaned up after their work. I will call them again

The Group was excellent from the Scheduler Kynna to the Electrician Stephen. Kynna called me early after a cancellation which was great and Stephen came right out and went to work. He went beyond the problem and check for more issues just in case. Thank you both and Stephen Thank you for going to extra mile and changing out that battery in smoke detector that I couldn't reach. If I could give NO STARS that would sum up this company. I had a scheduled appointment for Friday, July 23 between 1p-3p. On Thursday, July 22, I received a confirmation of the scheduled appointment on Friday (7/23). Friday came and went, not even so much as a call from this company without any reason for not showing up. Save your money. A company worth recommending would be Baker Brothers.

They came out, and not only did they install the smoke detectors, but this company can handles air conditioning, and plumbing. Highly recommend Baker Brothers if you seek quality and RELIABILITY.don't waste your time with Daniel Electric. What a haphazard way of doing business. Shocked they're still in business.

Excellent service. Electricians are very timely and cleaned up after themselves! Took away the fan they replaced. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work.

We hired Daniel Electric to do quite a few projects around our house. We were quoted $50 to rent a large ladder, $125 for the first hour, and $50 for each additional hour. When it came time to pay our bill, we expected it to be about $450. Instead, it was over $700. there were so many parts that they used that cost additional money. It was fine that they had to charge us for it- I was just extremely shocked and disappointed that they never said "Okay, we can fix this, but the part is an extra $120", or "Hey, we can fix this light cover for you, the piece is only $20". We would've still done all the work, I just thought it was extremely unprofessional to never mention the cost of anything they were doing until everything was done.

I had last used Daniel electric in 2013, and had a chance to work with them again this week. I had a GFCI circuit go out in my kitchen, no power at all, and the fuse wasn't blown. The team spent 2.5 hours chasing down a junction box where a wire had come loose in a totally separate room. Most electricians probably would've given up, but these guys really puzzled it out, and the final price was more than fair. Cannot recommend them enough, very very happy with their service.

We loved Daniel Electric. We had a myriad of projects to do for our outdoor patio and we couldn't be happier. They were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgable. We had fans, lights, and a tv put outside. Plus, they fixed our front porch coach lights. I would highly recommend them for their prompt and reasonable service.
