Great work and super friendly technician for our HVAC/Duct needs! Jacob was pretty amazing! Also the cost made sense and for the quality of work it was fair. Also appreciated his manner of approaching issues and explaining why maintenance is a good thing and what repairs could be needed to give me as a homeowner knowledge and options. Was thorough and felt like we got to know him versus just coming to do a job. 10/10 would hire and will hire again.

Accurate Electric installed a couple of outdoor floodlights with proximity sensors that were in locations that were very difficult to get to. They coordinated and worked well with the contractors who are currently installing our new roof, and they worked in difficult and cramped conditions to successfully complete the job. It wasn't clear at the outset that they would be able to do this: but they did.

Their electricians were professional and the work they did functions as desired. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The reason we keep using them is that they continue to do this kind of high-quality work. Electrical work in my home is not something that I am willing to risk with a less qualified or less careful company.

My experience with Accurate was so positive when they repaired my ancient A/C 3 years ago that when it was finally time to replace the unit I called them back. Every person I have dealt with at this business has been professional, extremely knowledgeable, kind and willing to explain each step of the process. I cannot say enough good things about their quality of work and great customer service.

As a first time homeowner, there are many things I am learning about that must be well maintained. One of those things is our plumbing system. Dan from Accurate came to our home and not only did he fix our plumbing, but he went above and beyond in helping us understand what we should be aware of and how to fix minor issues. Dan is definitely a master of his craft and would highly recommend him and the Accurate team for their services.

I don't typically write reviews but my husband and I were very impressed with the customer service and quality of work provided by this company. From the time we spoke to Joanne (customer service rep)who was very delightful to Eric who provided us with relevant information about the company and our options to Chad who installed our AC with the assistance of Eric as well.

I had several light switches and speakers installed for a surround sound system upstairs and down. Jonathan and Eddie made an excellent team with knowledge and experience that made me feel happy to have them for my project. Both men are incredibly friendly and respectful throughout the process. We upgraded our electrical panel with Accurate and they were a pleasure to deal with. All of their agents were very professional and kept us informed at every step of the way. I am glad they also work with AC and Furnaces, I will keep them in mind for these services in the future!

Very professional, the crew did an amazing job. They equipment they used was the highest quality with a 12 year warranty. The company is great at maximizing existing rebates to make the job more affordable. They were the most competitive and left my house clean and most importantly with a great AC system that absolutely transformed the indoor air quality and comfort of my home. I love this company! I became a Accurate advantage plan member last year. This was a great decision! Previously to becoming a member they have done a variety of services and repairs in our home: air, heating, ducts and some new interior wiring a few years ago. Along with the many advantages of being a Accurate advantage member it comes with a annual home inspections.

During my annual electrical inspection last week the electrician Kenny noticed some improper electrical work that had been done on the outside of our home by a previous electrician years ago. The electrician should have installed weather proof boxes and other weatherproof materials for exterior walls. All these years the work my parents had done by this person they never realize that it was done wrong because thank God nothing happen.

But thanks to the inspection the errors were discovered. Today Kenny and Eli came out and removed the improper boxes and other materials and replaced it with the proper weather proof boxes and materials for outside use. This improper work had the potential of causing a serious fire and other damage that could have caused a homeowner insurance claim to be denied, thousands of dollars out of our pocket and also the safety of my family.

Thank you so much Kenny and Eli for fixing the problem. Now I can sleep easy knowing that we are safe. And thank you Accurate for being a company of high integrity, great customer service and care, amazing work ethic and high quality work. You are truly appreciated and your employees are top notch!
