If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is the worst electric company that I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them. They demand a lot out of the residential homes without being able to meet their own electrical requirements. Unfortunately, there are no other electricians in town so I have to wait on them. Even though they are advertised as having residential electricians, they don't ever come out to service your home.
It has been years (yes, years!) since my initial request for residential electrical service. Their excuse is that they are a non-profit company.that's it! Cooperative utilities are owned by the customers they serve so start serving your customers.
