They came in pulled a bunch of leads and are professional and professionalism was lacking their technicians just did the minimum amount and didn't fulfill the entire agreement that we worked on and then they had to come back and finish the job I'm going to say that the company as a whole especially the office help is fantastic they get in touch with you and tell you what's going on but the technician on the ground is in too much hurry to get to the next job to go back and got the I's and cross all the t's

We needed an electrician for an emergency at home. He arrived even sooner than promised, went right to work, got the problem diagnosed, and we only had to pay for 1 hour. We have worked with t h several electricians from this business and have always found them to be skilled, efficient, and honest.

They wanted to charge me $7,000. for a job that was only $3,000. by other estimates. They said they were going to charge this much even though they didn't even see the property. Instead they were going by another property I had which was much larger and needed more work. I told them I'm not going to pay for extra work I didn't need! I don't recommend them to anyone as they wanted to charge me alot more for their services than what they were worth!

Luis g was awsome at this job was very courteous and thorough at our repair of our wires. we've always had good electricians with this company that do good investigations into the issue and he had even installed a new fan we had sitting around for us.

Had an old fuse that needed replaced, had quick response! Honest & friendly service, will definitely use their services again. Shout out to Emmanuel & Jose Zubia.

Excellent professional service. Courteous knowledgeable and honest. I've used Specialty Electric several times and will continue to use and recommend them to my friends, clients, and family. TIP: They charge by the hour so if they get done early and you have something else to be done that you may be putting off (like replacing batteries in smoke alarm), have them do it and get it over with. After all you're paying for the full hour anyway.

Take your business elsewhere. If I'm paying for a job, I would like it to be completed. But Specialty Electric is only interested in their billable-hours and collecting the payment. Quality/Follow-up, that's not something they have heard of. Customer service is only limited to the Office or Reception. Their Estimators work on commission so higher they rip you off, more they will make.

What that means is they will do extra, unnecessary and expensive items, rather than fixing the issues on hand. I called Specialty Electric to ring out the house but ended up with a $2000 breaker box installed which still didn't solve the issue. I had to call Yuma Electric to fix and finish Specialty Electric's mess. Google should really have zero stars for businesses like these. Just call Yuma Electric. They are honest, on time, accurate and free estimates.

I used specialty electric once before and they were great. However this time I needed some more work done in the shop and they were not so great. I called for a quote and they came out the next day. Luis, the technician that came for the estimate told me he would have a quote ready later that day. Never got a quote. I called on Monday and they said it would take another day or 2 to get the quote. Really?

I was upset at this point and then spoke with the supervisor who took 1 1/2 hours to even call back. He said he would take care of it. Luis called back that afternoon and gave me a quote of $995. (how convenient - $5 below 1000 like I wouldn't know it was a $1000) Needless to say I called around. Almighty electric gave me a quote of $350 the same day and completed the job the very next day. (would highly recommend them by the way). If you need electrical services, save your money and go with a different company. This outfit takes forever and charges 3 times as much as everyone else.

We have used Specialty Electric twice, and they are such kind, considerate, and professional people. Emmanuel is extremely knowledgeable and is such a personable human being. They take their business seriously and truly look out for their clients in regards to costs and suggestions. I would NOT go anywhere else. Thank you Specialty Electric for taking such good care of us!
