If the same problem reoccurs, we will make sure it is fixed for free! We provided a one year warranty on all other Products. My husband and I recently purchased our very first property that we are hoping to build our home on. We also purchased a new 31ft fifth wheel and have been looking forward to moving into it. Unfortunately after buying the property we have discovered that although we have electricity on site it is not wired for what we need. I panicked and began calling electricians.
After some unfortunate run-ins with other companies who told me "they could not get to me until the middle of the next month, " I lucked out when I called Quality Builders Electric. Harry returned my call the very next day to schedule me for the very next week. He even apologized for not being able to get to it sooner. He was very warm and very understanding of how dire our situation was.
He even giggled when I told him I fried a circuit trying to use the blow dryer and then countered with a personal story of his own to make me not feel so bad. Terrific Customer Service! He even told me he would try to make it down to our property later that day (a Friday) before he left for vacation to give me an estimate. FOR FREE! It just so happened that he had another electrician Kevin who was in my neck of the woods and told me he would be there by noon. Wow! Kevin was terrific as well.
He fixed my circuit so that my husband and I had electricity until they could come out and install the 30 amp plug that we need. Hands down Harry and Kevin are amazing and I can only imagine that the rest of their coworkers are equally as astonishing. THANK YOU Quality Builders Electric Inc. You could not have a better name for your business. I actually can't wait to have you guys come out again when we build our house. Cheers!
