Two electricians came to my home and installed four security and light Fixtures on the four different sides of my home. Both gentlemen were very friendly, very professional and the quality of the work was very professional. We just had a small job that needed to be done at our son's apartment. I told them there was no rush and to just let us know when they had an opening. Within the next few days they called and had an electrician over to install a new overhead light fixture. It was just a small job but I appreciate them getting us on the schedule. They were very easy to work with and professional. We'll definitely call them again when we have our next electrical need.

I can't say enough about Werkheiser's personnel:Jeff (owner), Ried (customer relations) and Field Electrcians-Chris, Steve, Zach and Jake. I call them my "A" Team! Let them know what you need and they can tackle any issues, problems or installations with fair cost. They are very respectful, courteous, resourceful and so helpful. We're remodeling our basement and adding a half bath.

They installed all the recessed lighting with a dimmer switch, moved the dryer receptacle, installed lighting in our basement closet, installed new ceiling fans in the kitchen and a bedroom, installed 2 new outside receptacles with inside switches, installed our new 65" smart TV, which they had to move the thermostat over on a wall we wanted with no wires showing along with the adjustable wall mount, replaced our existing recessed lighting in the kitchen with upgraded ones, replaced broken light switches in the kitchen, installed a recessed light in the half bath with a dimmer switch, and just recently installed a Ring doorbell with a Show.

My "A" Team is always on time or even early, they always call ahead to make sure the time is alright. If you need anything electrical or electronically done I highly recommend you call and ask for the "A" Team at Werkheiser Electric.

Due to medical needs, we just had a Generac whole house generator installed by Werkeiser Electric. From the office to the workers, they're all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made a point to communicate all aspects of their work with us. Called based upon a neighbor's recommendation. The receptionist that I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending, so I never even spoke with an actual electrician for our needs. The information could have been relayed in a much more friendly manner, coming from someone who worked in front-facing customer for 10 years.

I've hired Werkheiser for other projects in my house, so when I got a response from them to help with a power outage recently I knew I'd be in good hands. I recently hired Wekheiser Electric Inc to do a seemigly complex electrical job. The two extremely professional men arrived promptly and identified themselves curteously. They answered all questions respectfully and finished within the anticipated timetable. The worksites were cleaned thoroughly and the results exceeded my expectations. I will definitely refer all my family and friends to Werkheser Electric.

I recently needed some very minor electrical work done and since I live in an older house I opted to call a professional since I'm not an electrician nor do I play one on TV. I initially contacted Werkheiser on a Wednesday and they contacted me first thing the next day on Thursday and told me that they hoped to get someone out that day but if not it would be the first thing the next day.

Even though I made it clear to call my cell phone and not my home phone the owner called me on Friday on my home phone and I initially missed his call but eventually we connected and he told that they only work four ten hour days so Friday was now also not an option. We eventually agreed to a time on Monday morning. Thankfully one of the guys did show up on time on Monday and took care of things in about a half an hour and he was fast, courteous, and did the job right.

The bizarre followup is that the bill for the job showed up in the mail two or three days later and I paid them via check but it has now been a few weeks and they have yet to cash it. Not the I'm complaining about keeping my money, but nothing irks me more than when you write someone a check for something and then they sit on it for a month before cashing it.

Overall the experience with Werkheiser was a decent one. I wish they could have gotten to me on Friday like I was initially told but seeing as my issue was small compared to their average call I understand having to wait.
