We can supply you with bulbs and fit on request or within a maintenance program. There are no contracts or maintenance charges, see below

Turn off lights in areas not being used
Install presence detectors to turn lights on when area in use
Use energy savers or low voltage lighting
Turn off all power to dvd/tv's etc at socket
Time your security/outdoor lighting correctly
Turn of hobs/ovens/ all devices with elements promptly
Replace or repair faulty equipment
Test fire alarm quarterly
Test emergency lighting quarterly
Remove all insulation from around low voltage lighting
Make sure you have adequate lighting for working and safety
Do not use double adapters or overload sockets
