I had a problem with my light switch and scheduled an appointment with another company for the following week. On the morning of my appointment, that company called me to inform me my appointment was being cancelled because their technician had a personal issue. I found this very unprofessional because they should have sent a substitute. So they referred me to Dalcon Electric instead.

I called Dalcon, and fortunately, they had an opening on the very same day at 3pm. I was elated because I couldn't wait another week. However, it gets better. I get a call from Dalcon a few minutes later, and they said their technician could arrive earlier at 11am. I said great! The technician arrived on time. His name was Carlos F. He quickly diagnosed my problem, gave me an estimate, and promptly fixed my problem.

He was very courteous and professional, and ensured that I was fully satisfied. I told him I was quite satisfied with his work. Then I asked him to look at a problem I had with an outlet. He gladly took a look at it and told me what the problem was. I decided to have it fixed at another time. However, he did not charge me for the extra time he spent on it. I would not hesitate to call Dalcon again. Thanks Carlos. Good job!

Half the power was off in my house because of a blown circuit. Their technician, Carlos, came out in the evening when I was off work so we could have power in our house. This was a lifesaver, especially since only one of the other three companies I called about service called me back. They are professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

I contacted Dalcon Electric to repair some "iffy" outlets and a failing light switch. They were doing some work in my area and were able to come out later that same day. My customer experience with Dalcon suggests this is an exceptionally well-run company.

Pricing was clearly presented. I found Rey Inez to be professional, highly skilled and personable.

I was especially impressed with how neatly Rey did the job (no need for me to vacuum bits of wire, etc) and how good new outlooks could look. I am very happy with the work and will use them again.

It’s Holiday Season and my exterior outlets went out. Not good as I need to put up some lighting. I needed an experienced electrician to troubleshoot, who know what they’re doing. A friend of mine told me about Dalcon Electric. I gave them a call for an appointment. They sent one of their electricians and got everything fixed soon after. :-) Friendly, quick and price is reasonable too!!

I believe that the work done was necessary and that it is unlikely I would have solved the problem without John's help. I should also mention that I called Dalcon at about 10 AM and the response was in my experience very fast. (John was here at 3 PM which was what I was told over the telephone.) John made every effort to see that things were done correctly, that I understood what was being done and why, and that the price was fair.

The quality of the work was excellent. The staff of Dalcon were polite, communicative, conversant, responsive, informative, professional and reliable. The project ran like a good project should. I would recommend Dalcon highly.
