These guys stand out above any contractor I've ever hired. They're very responsive, great customer care. They are all electronic, send reminders for jobs, a confirmation email with pictures after work is complete, and they even write up bids and process payments on their iPads. Most importantly they do quality work.

I am very pleased with the work The Electrical Connection did for me. They were on time, both of the guys they sent were polite and super nice, they completed the work quickly, and they left the work area clean and in perfect condition. You just can't ask for more than that!!! They also let me know the new code for outdoor electrical outlets which I appreciated because I am currently not up to code on several other outlets I have. They were also really nice to my dog which is always nice.

In my business as California HandyGirl, I've used and referred these guys several times because I don't do electrical myself. They are just fantastic and never disappoint. I first learned of Electric Connection from a former client of mine, who is a long-time customer of theirs. Now I know why! They are very responsive, book rather quickly, show up when scheduled and even let you know about a 1/2 hour ahead so that you know they are on their way.

I especially like that they let you know exactly what the issue is and if something further is needed, they discuss it with you first with cost details. I love vendors like this, and I highly recommend them!

Purchased a Bolt EV and needed a level 2 charging (240V) installed on the house near the driveway.

Called on Wednesday. Spoke to one person who explained the cost schedule based on panel, distance between the changer and the main panel. I agreed and was passed to some one to schedule. Was able to get a Friday appointment at 8AM. The guys came out sized up the job and gave me the final estimate.

It matched exactly what I was told over the phone. The guys went to work running the cables and attaching the EVSE to the house. They obviously had done many of these because they knew what questions to ask. In addition I asked them to add a ZigBee load control device to the EVSE so that I could monitor the energy usage through my Glendale Water & Power smart meter.

The guys did a really nice job installing the EVSE on the house. I am glad since it is visible to people visiting. The cleaned up and left me a happy customer. When I have any electrical job I use these guys exclusively. Never a bad job from them.

I contacted Bob to install a Tesla charging outlet. He was transparent in his pricing, outlining each potential cost clearly. He patiently answered my questions and we set an installation appointment. They were prompt, polite, professional and, most importantly, there were no hidden costs. I won't be calling anyone else for future service. Many thanks.

We have used the Electric Connection several times in the last 8 years to solve various issues and to install additional lights and circuits. They have been super-prompt and helpful, AND the problem stays fixed!

The guys from the Electric Connection installed 2 outdoor GFCI receptacles for me. They had to bring new wires from the main panel all the way to the back of the house and from start to finish they did a great job. They came one day after I called them, did the job quickly, and cleaned up everything when they finished. Best Los Angeles electrician I’ve used and I would highly recommend them.

The Electric Connection is for sure the best Los Angeles electrician we have found. Their estimate came in $500 below other estimates we received and they stuck to it. They offered to dig the trench for the underground work, but we decided to save ourselves $350 and do it ourselves. It was just a little shy of being deep enough, so they dug down another inch with no extra charge! The city inspector was just here and said all the work is ‘excellent’.

I thought I had a easy job of adding a new electrical outlet - but it was more challenging than I had described. JC went over a couple of options on how to move forward and then adjusted the price after completion realizing he didn't use as much material as originally thought. I've been a client for over 6 years and am still a satisfied customer.

Yesterday they came to install our Juicebox EV charger. They arrived on time and quickly got to work reviewing our electrical box determining what must be done. Then they got to work with the actual installation. Jose and his assistant were very accommodating and positioned the charger for maximum convenience. Once all the electrical work was done and the charging verified, they cleaned up the garage and were on their way.

The charges were exactly as quoted too. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Finally I know we have found the electrical company to take care of our future needs.
